So basically if stretching Cook means we could theoretically offer KCP a bit more under the hard cap, it also means we could theoretically trade KCP for more salary in a sign and trade if him and the other team were willing to play ball.

Dare I say it ... Bogdan?

No doubt they are trying, whether it can happen remains to be seen.

If we have the choice of either re-signing BOTH Bradley and Morris, or only re-signing KCP, that's actually kind of a tough decision IMO

It is tough, but I probably go with KCP. Harrell replaces Morris, and KCP more than anything has shown to be an ironman for us and hardly missed a game, where Bradley seems to be a little more injury prone.

I would lean towards KCP as well. Especially if it's solely a decision between KCP and Bradley, I take KCP all day. I just really hope we can keep Markieff too. His floor spacing in the stretch 4 role was super important to our playoff run.

Can we please get some more shooters!?!?! So far, only Wesley is a sniper. I'd say the Lakers need another PF/C who can spread the floor, one more backup PG, and fill up the roster with shooters. Is Collison still available?

New Orleans and Milwaukee are expanding the original Jrue Holiday trade to include more teams and players, including the routing of Steven Adams to the Pelicans, sources tell ESPN. Talks are moving toward a possible four-team trade.

That's a nice acquisition for Stan. I like the pairing with Zion too.

Do the Thunder even have anyone left on their roster?

    Edit: Oh ok

Well if we manage to bring back KCP and Morris (I know, still a big if), we'd essentially have swapped Rondo for Schroeder, Green for Matthews, and Howard for Harrell.

That would suggest to me that if anything, our shooting has improved, and now interior defense would be the main weakness I'd like to see us shore up. I would like one more true PG though for some depth. Schroeder and Caruso would be our only real PG's on the roster.

Hey, maybe the Lakers should figure out a way to get Harden and Durant too. Maybe then you'll be happy?

Seriously, how many times has Ariza been tossed around this summer? I've lost count.

This dude is probably looking at real estate listings and then as soon as he finds one, he gets traded. In all honesty, though, Mavs is a great fit for him.
