James not happy with our defense...asked the crew to tone down the celebrations. Leadership qualities exhibited that those Miami Heat players Spoelstra mentioned. Damn idiot.

Playing that hardcore illuminati ball down the stretch. We had the top two players in the game today.

It's good him and AD are never satisfied , the team stays hungry and focused this way .

We did what we had to do i.e win the game , it's never easy to play great when the opponent is missing key players.

Just another monstrous near triple double once again. Lebron and AD are the scariest one two punch since Shaq and Kobe.

BTW - we're going to see a very aggressive LeBron these next 2 games because as of now, that Finals MVP award is between him and AD and it's as close as ever.

Those slo mo shots from floor level behind the basket with LeBron coming at you show what a beast size wise he is. Quads like live tree trunks, not petrifying.

Irving in terms of pure talent is one of the greatest basketball players I've watched. I've never seen any player at his age be able to do literally any dribble or shoot any shot at anytime. Any sort of dribble, ability to catch and shoot, shoot off the bribble, shoot in midrange, able to post up, able to use English. In terms of two skills he maybe the best the league has ever seen (ballhandling and using English off the glass)

While he's not a bad passer out of drives, the big difference is when you see him vs Jimmy Butler. His ability has gotten into his head and he becomes a ballstopper while a guy like Butler will set hard screens, rotate the ball, and do all the little things.

Lebron's resume of stats, accomplishments, physical gifts, and talent are undeniable. But there is something about guys like MJ, Kobe, Bird, Zeke, and even smiling Magic between the ears and under the ribcage that was a cold blooded killer. You NEVER trash talked them or they were going to personally humiliate you. Did Butler wake up a beast? Does Lebron have this? I'm not talking about going hero ball and chucking 40fgas. Heck, if he put up 20pts and locked up Jimmy on D that would be great. Stats aside, I want to see a DOG in lebron. Tonight will tell us a lot.

did you miss the 2016 finals when Klay said to LeBron "I guess his feelings just got hurt"...and LeBron laughed at the press conference?

Yeah...I'm pretty sure he has that cold blooded killer mentality.

He does have it, and he just has to play a good game. Not spectacular. We just need a good game from him and AD.

LeBron knows more about basketball than any other person in the world. Why he continues passing for two straight quarters and not look to attack is just ridiculous to me. The Heat are biting down expecting a pass every time. If LeBron can't get the pass through to his teammates for a shot, he should look to get aggressive, force a double, and then make them pay. It's not good enough for him to continue swinging the ball around hoping for a play to come to him. It's actually hurting the Lakers offense. When LeBron is attacking the rim, pushing the pace, and stops pounding the ball for 20 seconds, the Lakers will wipe the Heat outta the game. If he's standing around playing lazy half-court ball, the Heat will get what they want out of it.

LeIso is the most hated play by any gan of LeBron teams. This happened in Cleveland both stints

I agree with the criticism but I think the team goes back to it for a reason and why the Lakers are 56 and 0 when holding a lead after 3 quarters. While ugly and not always efficient it drains the shot clock and almost never leads to fastbreak as the team will get a shot off. Basically bleeds the other team slowly

That being said why did they stop posting up LeBron who knows? Looked like he was about to get that turnaround going against Bitler
