    ...is most satisfying.

I won't ever forgive him for running Kobe into the ground, ending his career.

Never liked the hire. Can't stand the guy, or his style of basketball.

Bet Vogel would have been able to get Harden and CP2 to play together and not hate each other.

You asking me? Houston is probably going to get rid of him.

Oh, yeah they ought to for sure. That team has huge problems with Russ’s monster contract because he couldn’t keep a more talented team together with Capella and CP2 instead. Dumb a**.

what's weird to me is that they committed heavily to dantoni's philosophy--right before dumping him? how many coaches want to take on this roster as it stands?

they basically have the mle to work with. eric gordon is under contract at roughly 18 per until 2024. westbrook gets 40+ until 2023.

any trade means covington and/or tucker (the only two guys who consistently defend) have to go.

they have no draft capital to speak of.

LOLOLOL .... not the story he was telling after the game when asked. Maybe this is just face saving they gave him after firing him?

Damfony is going to retire. Good riddance.

If any franchise is insane enough to give this hack another coaching job, they deserve whatever horror and misery awaits them.

Good riddance to that brand of ball in the West.

He'd work well with Simmons and then have Embiid shoot 8 3s a game.

And early candidate for a replacement

They've got a hell of a mess there, especially if the next coach wants to go to a more traditional style.

7M a year to wreck your franchise. Embiid will love him. Indiana same thing .... in one way or another he'll run that stupid small ball bomb 3s all game s*** and never change. What a snake oil salesman. Don't the NBA GMs follow his history right in front of their eyes? Good lord.

indy has myles turner and sabonis, with oladipo (not a dantoni type) and brogdon (dantoni could make him a stat allstar pronto).

philly would have to trade embiid and play ben simmons as point center (essentially what westbrook played this year). they might actually have to shoot horford.

a team like sacramento should hire dantoni. or washington (though brooks did well there).

he can take a marginal team with a couple talented guards and turn them into a perennial playoff team. he just can't go past that. so, if you're a crappy fringe team with no big money in big players, you should hire him. i don't see indy and philly as those places.

atlanta--there's a place (though they just got capela...oops!)
    chicago--yes, definitely.
    charlotte--possibly

maybe minnesota, but i don't think dantoni thinks towns is worth much. he could make dlo into a big producer.

How does this guy continue to be in demand? His style flames out everywhere he goes and he probably takes years off his star players’ careers. Whatever, I find it funny that it’s him who’s supposedly walking away, if I remember right the Lakers let him use the same story when he was fired here.
