Why no Waiters or Smith tonight? We were abysmal from 3.

Danny Green should be shooting all night in the gym

35% on twos, 15% on threes and 64% on free throws. Any one of those numbers is terrible, to have all 3 in the same game is horrible. I said shooting would be a problem and it definitely is.

When the Blazers coach was being interviewed mid-game he pointed out how Lakers aren't making 3s. The blueprint is clear...clog the paint and make the other guys beat you with 3 pointers.

How the heck does Danny Green get such a long rope.

We've seen more than enough of this starting line up.

I legit need answers on why we pulled Kuz.

Its over. Coaching doesnt know what lineup is good, and our top two players do not want to attack.

Our offense is just atrocious. Like horrid. Vogel, that's partly on you. It doesn't help that none of our guards remember how to shoot since the restart. It's not like this is a one time thing - it's been every game. Vogel says he believes it'll come back to the mean and we'll just shoot better. I'm having a hard time believing that since I've seen zero evidence of that happening. DG and KCP particularly are complete garbage.

    - Mcgee gotta go, we can’t just start the 1q and 3q at a deficit the way we are shooting and playing right now. There’s no room for Lebron and AD. Portland was playing two centers and has no depth and we can’t capitalize on that? Come on. We should be destroying them offensively. McGee is a net positive for the Blazers only.

    - Danny Green. You need to hit shots, I’ll let everyone else get on you about that because it’s nothing short of pathetic, but for the love of God I hope a coach tells him to stop blindly running full speed on a close out and just sprinting right by the shooter. Two times last night he did this and the Blazers calmly knocked down a 3 wide open. Close out like a got damn pro, you are already costing a points on the other end.

    - KCP/Caruso - Y’all got the toughest task on defense but Caruso cannot initiate offense in the playoffs (hello Dion Waiters, move Caruso off the ball). KCP gotta stop with his wylin out layup package. Take your wide open shots, we don’t need your crap attempts at trying to make layups.

    - Lebron/AD/Kuz - Lebron needs to be way more aggressive, he can’t trust these fools to make shots, tell Vogel to put AD or Morris at the 5, go small with Kuz at 4 and open the offense up for him, it’s not hard. AD better start cookin’ fools and not settling for jumpers like he did in the second half. Not one person can guard him on that team. Act like a top player in the league. Karl Kuzma is ballin, so WHY WHY WHY did you take him out in the 4th when he was COOKIN and extending the lead!?! To bring Lebron/AD ok I get it, but Danny Green!?! The eff does he bring right now?

    - If Vogels adjustment is to bring Rondo back into the rotation and not change anything else. He can pack his stuff and join the TNT crew.

Make your got damn free throws guys (4 straight free throws missed in the 4 of a close game not acceptable) and make your wide open shots, geez you are professionals not rainman from Along Came Polly.

We aren't a very good basketball team outside of LBJ/Davis; and I'll throw Kuz in the mix since he's been playing very well in the bubble.

We're not winning a championship with this roster. It just isn't happening.

I'll root and hope for the best, but this just isn't our year.

You don't "flip the switch" when it comes to shooting. Our 3-point shooting before COVID was barely adequate. In the bubble we are shooting like a team from the mid 80's. We might be able to beat Portland using brute force, although I doubt it. I think if Houston comes through we beat them too because they play zero defense. But we will get trounced by the Clippers or Bucks or Raptors or C Bags.
