So we're supposed to be afraid of Lillard and their guard rotation, but they're having a 205 lb rookie guarding 253 lb Allstar AD? Imagine if we were trying to guard Lillard with THT . Lol tell me again about how we're in trouble
Im somewhere in the middle, Im not as confident as some of you are but I definitely think we will win series. Stats show that in the bubble, Lebron and AD have had dreadful FG% outside of the restricted area and our 3pt shooting has not been stellar. We need to get back to how we were playing pre bubble.
At least Kuz has been over performing in the bubble compared to his “before times” stats this season.
Do you see why some of us were worried? Pathetic effort tonight especially during 1st and 4th. AD and Lebron bricking 4 straight late 4th Quarter free throws turned the game around in Portland's favor
vogel cost us the game at the end. the subbing out of kuzma while he was doing a mini scoring run, putting in green and kcp. kcp with an apparent drawn up play (possibly) for a wild shot, when we were already down 1-2 possessions, i believe this led to the melo 3, putting us down 6. i really hope rob is watching every moment of this to address our need for offensive minded players in the offseason. our best lineup offensively and defensively and who should stay on the floor for the majority of the game for a better chance of winning: lebron, davis, kuzma, markieff, dwight. no mcgee, no kcp, no green = increases your chance of winning.
Vogel completely disrupted our offense and lost the game. Even with the atrocious shooting, we had it.
yeah. Dame will get love and rightfully so with the run he's on. But we had that one and gave it away IMO. Kuz was completely taking over. There was no reason to bench him. Green and KCP played too long. So did McGee. Kuz is literally playing like the 3 and D guy we want Green to be. I expected a loss given how well the Blazers have been playing and how poorly we've played, but that was still disappointing.
