    Whatever the tiebreaker was might have been an entertaining conversation, or it could have been as simple as 'Lebron is comfortable with him"

    Rondo is injured.
    Lakers guard Rajon Rondo suffered a "significant" hand injury during practice on Sunday evening, sources told me and @malika_andrews. Rondo, 34, underwent medical evaluation on his hand and thumb, sources said, and the severity of the injury should be known Monday morning

    My sources tell me it was the thumb that was injured while administering "the shocker" while horsing around with one of his teammates in Bron's huge luxury suite.

    I didn't realize this until I looked up the NBA draft order after yesterday's lottery, but the Lakers have their own draft pick at #28.

    For some reason I thought that pick was going to the Pelicans as part of the AD deal, but good on us that we have it!

    We draft well and it's possible to find a decent player at #28. Kuz was picked 27th and look at the guy now.
