Am wondering if Lebron maybe has an end game with the awful "groin grimaces" from time to time? I mean it's possible? Consider when he got grabbed on his left hip from behind in the Bucks game. That really looked serious. Then he shakes it off and dominates in the second half and dominates in the Clippers game. Thinking about maybe load managing him once they want to, now the Lakers always have the convenient "his groin hurts" excuse. Same as Clippersnake. Except Bron doesn't seem to have anything wrong with his groin the way he plays once he starts playing again. (??)

The miss vs the Nets was just an unfortunate bounce but I think LeBron was surprised they didn't call anything there and the shot was too wide open for him that he couldn't believe it. It happens. With the coronavirus situation going on, I wouldn't blame them for that performance.

His high school team pretty much sucked, but he was a man amongst boys not just on his team, but in all of high school basketball. He was so good it didn’t matter. I think he could have won state titles with damn near anybody. With the exception of his time in Miami and maybe a year or two with Kyrie, he carried all his teams since high school. I complain about wishing we had a point guard so he didn’t have to do so much, but the truth is he is no different than he’s always been, so his contribution is his normal. Great ball player.

“I’ll tell you one thing, right now I don’t wanna go nowhere besides be here, Laker for the rest of my life”.

That means the Lakers will be in contention for at least the next 3-4 years because LeBron ain't gonna let this franchise stay stagnant. Just as long as LeBron knows that he's going to have to take a paycut when he gets up there in age but if he plays his cards correctly, LAL should have no problem getting 2-3 superstars to play alongside him and with a prime AD with an opportunity to get Giannis... The league better watch out!

Great news is LeBron likely does not have this virus considering he is with all his family. My guess is it is AD and Bradley. AD licked his hand and then shook it with Bradley.. YUCK!

Lebron tenure as a Laker is cursed .

1st season : 1st time he had an important injury in his career...

2nd season : Second best record in the league , a serious candidate to win it all but the season is likely to be cancelled for the 1st time in NBA history

At least he's shown that he can lead this team to the best record in the West, and we all know how hard that is. No one expected the Lakers to be on top of the Western Conference before the season started. I know, it's not the same as winning it all, but the WC banner will do for now. This is an excellent team and his leadership was unquestionable this year.

Sure but after six seasons without playoffs , every single Lakers fans couldn't wait for this potential title run

If the season doesn't resume , it strangely will be the worst season of our history ... great on the court but a DISASTER off the court with this and Kobe death .

The little luck every great franchise needs has definetely left us for some time ...

We're not there yet. Also this current issue is hurting every franchise in the league right now. Things were pretty wide open for the first time in some years. I'm not taking any of this personally as a Laker fan per se.

I am disappointed with how this season will end. We had the highest of highs with the Lakers finally being a relevant team again and the lowest of lows with Kobe's death and now this virus. LeBron will be age 36 next season. He's still the best player in the world but the time is ticking with his age. And what do we do with Dwight Howard? The Lakers were just hitting their stride as well. From a time perspective, it makes a lot of sense to skip right through to the playoffs but it's unfair for teams that still have a chance to crack into it. Also, how many NBA athletes are actually working out right now staying in shape?

I do feel it's a disaster as a Laker fan if the season is cancelled .

Nothing guarantees we will stay healthy next season .

The on court/B-ball related luck every champion needs was on our side ....

Players made a huge effort to build a cushion and stay on the top of the West standings too ...

We shall have to see what happens. I also would be greatly disappointed if we didn't get to see playoffs this year and this is it.
