    What a ridiculous post. Mocking people for keeping faith in their team and believing we still have shot to win it. Think about how backwards that is, smdh. But I guess let’s pack it in folks, season’s over, LVBD has proclaimed it so, no need to watch anymore this season, tune back in when we have a roster that’s the guaranteed favorite going in...I guess judged by his standards.

    We could have been the favorites if we had paid attention to some detail.

    Instead, we're here, and we didn't have to be; the season isn't over by any means; anything can happen.

    But right now? There's 3 teams that are better than us. IMO!

    I'm sorry but what are these three teams? Last I checked we are in second place in the league. Last I checked Bucks were playing in the less competitive Eastern Conference. Last I checked we have a three game lead over second place in the West Denver.

    WMC all you want here, it's the right thread, but wow.

    Do free agents just not want to join this team? Other top teams just picked up waived players that we fans coveted easily. We now seem to be to be back to a place of hoping for what’s leftover from the sales bin after everyone has picked through it. JR Smith, Crawford, IT??? What’s the lack of attraction? We’re 1st in the West, what better sales pitch can we offer.

    Who says they don't want to join? Maybe we're simply not interested in making any changes right now. I mean, it is entirely possible. You said it yourself - "...that we fans coveted"... right?

    Maybe. But we have a roster spot and a couple of needs. Yet the best of the heap for those positions are now committed to our direct competition. I doubt we want plan B and plan C for waived players.

    Well, we wanted a player who decided to retire for good. We know that. We don't have any proof that we were targeting anyone else.

    We need a guard creator and possibly a wing who can get his own shot and defend some while Bron is resting. Again, the guard did not join any other team, he retired, and the wings are either not available or we had to trade an arm and leg for them, which wasn't an option. You don't want to give up Kuz+Green for a marginal upgrade.

    I think the team feels its too late to get rid of Rondo. He's been here since Day 1 and I think they feel it will ruin team chemistry and upset AD/Bron if he's gone. That's too bad.

    That just means we will have more games like we did against Golden State...our 2nd unit can't extend the lead and Lebron/Rondo too out of rhythm to put games away and get some rest. WELP.

    LavarballsDad is right . Only the title matters when you are the Lakers AND have a realistic shot at winning it all .

    The trade deadline showed us the FO is still incompetent ( had wrong intel about a player for the 2nd time in 6 months and didn't have a back up plan).
