There’s one thing I absolutely will give credit to Rob for, he doesn’t seem content to sit back and let us go into the playoffs as-is. Testing the waters on Kuz’s trade value shows me that, us constantly being mentioned in the buy out candidates market shows me that. Sure you can say that’s because we have LeBron and Klutch always wants to make moves, but the GM doesn’t HAVE to when the team is 30-7, but I think he knows we need a couple more pieces to go up to that extra level. I’m fairly confident he won’t make a dumb trade just for the sake of it, like Zu for Muscala.

From what I remember in the summer, the Lakers put it out there that they’d move forward without hiring a new PBO after Magic left, as the position was like created for him anyway. So unless Kurt is the shadow President, we don’t have one, so how can you have a vice version of a non existent president?
I owe him an apology. So do many laker fans. The media twisted the heck of the moves the team was making over the offseason to make him and the franchise look bad.
Jeannie and the people she most trusts for their input must really be happy with the way he works and these obvious results, following Magic quitting like he did .... and slandering Rob nationally like a d*** , to extend him now and bump him up to VP as well with surely more money. His current contract was good through 2022 I just read in one of the articles.
