Who knows if Collison has any reported friendly history with any of Kawhi, Paula, Bron or Davis? He hasn't played with any of them. He played for Vogel in Indy in 2011 and 2012 ..... and one year with Rivers in 2013, his first year coaching the Clippers.

This would be HUGE for the lakers. Its exactly what they need. I was really hoping they signed him before he announced his sudden retirement. Sign Collison and jeff green..Collison would mostly solve our PG issue and is decent at getting his own shot which we desperately need. Jeff green adds length at the SF position. Hes no iggy, but he can play some defense and score in bunches at times. These additions can really push the lakers over the top in the playoffs IMO. We have a great team, but sometimes you just need a couple important pieces that make a big difference. Its very rare that this late in the season you can fill the needs your team has via buy out or free agency. Gotta jump on this asap

    OMFG

41% and 47% from 3 last two years, almost a 40% 3 point shooter for career

Good iso and pick and roll ball handler

Not a great defender though, but this is the perfect bench pg for us for what is realistic and fit wise

Cook should go if we can get Collison. I like the kid but he's been just too inconsistent.

Lakers have a roster spot they've left open since the beginning of the season. No need to get rid of anyone.

I think he will be a laker

    We can offer starting role
We can offer more money due to Boogie exception
    Vogel coached him before

Not if they are keeping it open for Cousins but Daniels could go. Howard filled the open slot.

    We don't need him.

Unless he starts making his shots, I'd rather keep Rondo than Bradley.

he played with PG13 for 2 years, so that can both be a good thing and a bad thing depending on his experience

Vogel was the coach both years

Who did he like better? The coach, or the player?

    Don't get your hopes up.

Seems if we agreed to give Collison AB's job that we'd be the front runner.

And I would do that immediately based on what I've seen this season.

We’ll sign Darren and Green. This team with Boogie healthy would be damn near unbeatable.
