Really want that 1 seed-want clips and rockets to play each other pre-wcf.

Clippers still scare me. 2 stars + 2 great role players + shooters.

Really hoping the Lakers make a move to get another shot creator.

It’s a nice recipe and I believe this team is supposed to be set up the same. In the past I think the recipe was 2 and a half stars.

The problem is our role guys haven’t been available and our shooters aren’t reliable. Maybe that changes after the all star break.

clips are the better team for sure as of right now

if the lakers want any chance of beating them in the playoffs they need to get another shooter and improve the bench

I'm not going to anoint the Paper Clips yet. We still have the better record by 3.5 games. Let's see the rematch on X-Mas and gauge where we are in relation to one another. I'm hoping Kuz is back by then. AD looked pretty darned good in Milwaukee except for the errant three pointers. Everything else seemed to be working fine and they aren't going to have an answer for him.

Im sure pg wants to make a statement, so we’ll have our hands full. I hope we don’t forget how to cover the pick and roll for a full half again.

people have been talking about the Rockets as if they are not a contender. I've never agreed the West was a 2 team race. I think 3 teams stand above the rest so far, and even that could change.

Been saying that all year, Ron. Dallas looks good, too, though still a step down—but Houston has one more shot at this if they stay healthy.

Yes! Porzingis just took a major leap in his recovery. They actually have a solid squad, and they won't be an easy out for anybody. I would not doubt it if Denver and Portland both give people fits too. The rest I don't think have enough to cause top tier teams problems.

Dallas is good. Houston is, too. I just like the matchup there.

I am hoping Houston takes out the Clips for us. Lol

FYI, PJ Tucker guarded Kawhi very well a couple nights ago.

We can put AD on Kawhi in the 4th. Or in the last 5-6 mins. And we have guys we can throw at Paula.

Clips about to lose this one to OKC (without KL)....so, of we lose we won't lose any ground in the standings.

    No Pat Bev, too.

OKC is playing underrated ball this year which is an interesting story.

I doubt I care enough to watch this game on Christmas now. I suppose if nothing else is going on....

I think people are ( probably rightfully) assuming Rockets won't win the West since it's MDA , Harden ( and you add another perennial choker in Westbrook).

To "their credit" , they have not lost to a team not named Warriors in the playoffs though
