I mean yeah, he didn’t look amazing. But he still made some huge layups when we needed to keep it close, and played some crazy defense here and there. There is no time we are better without him on the floor, I’ll take even off/sorta lazy/careless LeBron over everyone else still.

He was still pretty monstrous out there, especially answering when Memphis would grab the lead back. Right now he's still the best in the game IMO.

Lebron played 39 minutes tonight on the back end of a back to back. We got the win but we have to figure out how to get our 35 year old superstar less minutes.

Absolutely, it is not ideal, I forgot to comment on this as well. Vogel just said as much in his post game with Trudell. Zero free throws as well, don’t know how that’s possible. Trudell also pointed out that 14-2 is the best start of LeBron’s entire career, so that’s pretty damn impressive too.

Well rest is a relative term. I'm not saying Bron has to sit games out, but his minutes are high. There is no way I'm complaining about a winning streak and winning close games. But I'd like the rest of the team play well enough to have LeBron not play as many minutes.

To clarify, I agree with everything you just said...but my initial remark was just me being an a**hole.

Hopefully he will have the legs to go to the rim down the stretch in the playoffs cause these stupid step backs 3s are not the recipe of success.

He will go down as the best all around NBA player of all time. You’ll have to wait another 15 years to see if Doncic can surpass him. We lucked out, again.

Lebron "looked off" but the poor guy shot over 50% at age 35 on the 2nd night of a road back to back. What more do people want from him lol

People say he isn't aggressive enough, then if he takes one or two 3s, "OMG LEBRON STOP ISOING!!". Drives to the basket and happens to miss a layup or two, "OMG MISSING LAYUPS!!!"

We're 14-2 but people still aren't happy after years of being one of the worst in the league

The Lakers better make a stink about this! At the very least, get this man a chance to get a breather at the line.

"We'll deal with the proper channels and talk to the league about that," Vogel said, planning to appeal to the NBA about how James is being officiated.

Like they did this to Shaq, if they give him foul calls it would be unfair. You’re punished for musculature unless you’re Malone.

Kobe says hello with all the calls he did not get in later years once the media moved on to Lebron himself to be compared to MJ.

Quite similar to Shaq: no sympathy for the big guy. One big reason LeBron has never gone into the post as much as fans wanted him thru the years. Why take the punishment in the regular season when you won't get the calls

Yes but he also in earlier years and even now did not develop his footwork even close to where his post game could be dominant there. That has to be extremely hard because so few players of any size have.
