I love it, had the original AirPods and they were the most convenient earphones I've ever used in terms of switching devices and activating them.

The noise cancellation alone is worth getting it. So compact definitely more practical than over the ear.

I have to travel a lot for work and I tend to just turn on noise cancellation without music just to tune everyout.

    I love em.

    Anyone else's thoughts and experiences?

Thinking of giving them a chance. Original airpods never stayed in my ears. Few steps and boom, looking for them on the floor. Im happy with my Jabra's and Beoplay buds though, great fit and music quality is 10x better than the original airpods :)

The original air pods never fell even on a treadmill but I was still concerned when I was on it. It felt loose and god help me if I lose it on the subway or falls on the tracks (living half the year in ny).

I just got on my first flight with them and it’s amazing.

honestly I might be a little biased because this is the first true noise canceling earphones I had. ( I had semi/old noise cancelling when I was 19-20 with the original beats studio)

as for someone that flies often it was great. The transparency mode was so dope, you can hear everything around you , honestly I think it amplifies it.

Honestly during my commute (I had one lay over), I often caught my self just using noise cancel with no music. It feels so relaxing to not hear everyone’s BS everytime I go to the airport. It feels relaxing and less hectic.

But I can’t lie, if I stayed in LA all year I might not have purchased it (maybe just for my flights) but for NYC is perfect. Great to tune out the daily crackheads and hagglers that try to bother you on the subway.

The speed to switch to other devices feels the same but it’s supposed to faster. Regardless I love how it’s easy to use and able to switch so conveniently.

everyone that complains about Apple talks about the hardware but that isn’t their strong point and their gamble to change things faster than the rest of the industry (like going all usb-c on the MacBook pros)

I have the Powerbeats Pro. I go to the gym a lot more, I sweat a bit, and they feel nice around the ears. Could be a little louder, but it's good that I don't blow my eardrums out. Wish it did have noise cancelling, but it's for safety.
