Hart hasn't really been able to recapture what he found during that Summer League stretch. I honestly would still like him here instead of KCP though, then again I'd like a bag of popcorn instead as well. Hart and Nance would be big contributors on this team, maybe would have been priced out though.
speaking of ex lakers w ho could be useful, look at Wagner and Bryant on Was now, he'll even Bongo is doing ok....so with that said big fat F U Kawahi
hard to gauge on washington, as they look to be pretty terrible this year. somebody has to get stats other than beal. i didn't see the other games, but in their last game, bonga had zero points and was a -19 in 17 minutes. so...i'm familiar with that guy. bryant had good numbers but also a huge minus. wagner had good numbers and was a big positive--but likely against the opposing bench/camp cuts. iow, not going to lose sleep about anyone not contributing to a winning team*. *one caveat: if any of them boosts their trade value and gets moved for a star, i'll be annoyed.
its called depth, not every player on team has to be a star, instead we get to pay scrubs like KCP like hes a star...is the only way a player can help a team is if he post positive advance stats AND win? If thats your way of valuing players thats most of our current players shouldn't be on the team right now.
8 mil is not paid like a star and I still say it is worth it for Klutch having delivered LBJ and AD and rid us of LaVar Ball.
8 was all we had left, I'm sure he/rich would've pulled another 12-18 if things worked out in their favor and yes 8m isn't a star but for his 3yr avg is about 12-13 ish thats at least a star for a gm here and there throughout the season
This gem from @The Showtime Mamba in Game Time on that fab LB Forum: The Showtime Mamba: Cacock is living dangerously avoiding our swear filter. How true. Barns you have to overrule that filter's algorithms if it tries.
Not to be outdone, "Hold my beer" from LALakersFan4Life: I remember the 2008 Lakers cheerleaders had a few cute looking ones
He’s coming off injury and a mobile big is a terrible matchup. I’m unable to give him much credit for that take.
Agreed but it's still true, even if he has a rational reason. On a side note, everyone in Dallas feels the game was stolen by a bad no-call on Howard. I figure if you are at home and don't close the game out and leave it up to a single play to make or break you, then you get what you deserve.
I love those little controversies that means the World to the opposing team like it's the thing that lost them the game and not a Powell missed free throw.
Yes, a Dallas friend of mine went went straight for the blatant no call on Howard unable to express sympathy at this time
