There is plenty of room on the Clipper bandwagon if that's your preference. Ballmer is a clown. He's so goofy / odd that I'm having a difficult time thinking of a comparison. I know Jeanie has made mistakes and has gotten her share of bad press recently. Meanwhile, everyone in the media is stroking Ballmer having nothing whatsoever to do with his greasing palms I'm sure. With all her flaws I'll still take Jeanie all day if Ballmer is the option.

Honestly they do not justify a stadium. They're not a draw, there's already an alternative for concerts, and there's already an alternative for other sporting events with the new NFL stadium. Even in LA three stadiums in one city is overkill. A stadium in City of Industry or Orange County makes way more sense. The Angels are looking for a new stadium as well apparently. They should partner with them. Or ideally move to Seattle. Or Anchorage.
I doubt the new stadium even gets approval. Apparently there's serious environmental issues that'll stem from building a new stadium and the traffic that it'll cause will be a massive headache for the city of LA. 100% agree that getting a stadium in Orange County makes a f*** ton more sense. Or San Diego. Or Riverside. Or Palmdale. All the s***ty places basically that Kawhi and PG love to rep basically.
Won't be viable till 2024 when they're Staples lease is up. So it's 2019 and Kawhi/Paula have 3 year deals....carry the 13 and subtract the 2...uh wait, will those 2 even be there when the doors open up? Actually, Ballmer just as much fell into his situation as Jeanie did. He is far from the business savant that many think he is. Since he left Microsoft, the company is up 350%. She has done more than an admirable job at that, the Lakers are one of the top 10 sports franchises in the WORLD. I think I just saw a net worth stated of around 3.7 Billion Dollars. Now, she gets to learn how to run a basketball team. She is a lot smarter than anyone is giving her credit for and writing her off so nonchalantly really strikes of sexism and what is wrong with men in this country.
