    This reflects what Danny Green's business partner has said: Danny's decision relies on Kawhi due to the available money not where Kawhi goes necessarily to follow. Danny's business partner kind of said that Danny might go take the Lakers' money if Kawhi goes back to Toronto.

    I'd be fine taking the minimum guys from Klutch. Give me the Morris twins and KCP for the minimum.

    I was chatting with a buddy on the Green is waiting for Kawhi discussion. I was concerned that he was really waiting to see if Kawhi went back to Toronto to play with him, and that it is not financially realistic for us if we do get Kawhi.

    I think he is a guy who could get paid, and thinking we can get him for the room could be wishful thinking. I sure hope I'm wrong though, and that he just wants to keep competing with Kawhi.

    @keylo36 I don't know whether they have met yet, although I don't think so. At this point AEG folks are pretty keen on closing this deal, but the Lakers FO hasn't updated them recently on anything - which could mean a lot is happening or there really have been no updates. I have no way of knowing. As soon as I hear anything I'll let you know. But you might hear this one from the media first if the Lakers decide to leak it out like how Magic spoke to the LA Times, although I don't think they should

    I think they have been doing a good job with keeping it tight lipped this off season.

    The fact that we aren't seeing any Kawhi meeting details from the Lakers is good if no leaks is important to Kawhi.

    Even our free agent signing of Troy Daniels seemed to come out of nowhere.

    Will be surprised if he decides before tomorrow.
    He has to meet with the Clippers soon, and then fly back to meet with Toronto.

    I am almost betting it will be a couple more days before he decides.

    Posted it on the Ask Mr. Rambis thread, but they were basically talking about what Ramona had said about a “leak test” yesterday on ESPN.

    That Kawhi’s group is taking their time trying to determine what teams could be trusted based on what gets leaked.

    Then Mason said he’s heard about an “AEG insider” from reading reddit and basically he and the Kam brothers started talking about our own Mr. Rambis and stuff he has shared.

    I was driving so I couldn’t really get all the details but they usually post the podcast for today’s show on ESPNLA.com soon. It’ll be within the first 30 mins of the show.

    I wouldn’t mind Pau as an end of the bench big if the rest of our roster is solid, you could do worse, but he’s also injured all the time lately. It would be a cool gesture, but man I think we need able bodied guys more than anything.
