.... hey I worked 33 years with a major record label .... But I don't know s*** about audio for podcasts
I'm not interested in doing a Podcast myself anymore. I just don't have time, although I'd want to be the one to do the graphics for it so that it matched LB's look. Other than that, get something together
doing a podcast and getting to talk about my favorite player ever sounds quite intriguing.... I will prayerfully consider this But my biggest fear is I'd spend too much time focused on Lebron and fanz might not appreciate not having the other players talked about much.
I wonder how many of all these new members know yet about your super duper secret site color scheme options button on the far left of the bottom bar?
If we do this, we have to focus on progression as we get better at it. We can build this and do something big. As we get popular, we can also use it as a platform for your businesses and other things. Let's first focus on doing a show that is informative AND entertaining. No more of these jackholes who just blurt opinions with zero backing.
I'd prefer not to bring my sideline of exotic dancing into this. I already know it's a relatively short career while I have a hot body. We'll just keep it basketball.
I'm not sure if this would work or not, but for the podcast every week or something we could have a new guest come on from the forums if folks wanted to and give their thoughts on the state of the team. But yes, having someone who knows the ins and outs of audio would be helpful for sure.
Audio in any media forum is the first thing everyone notices when it sucks. If you get that situated, everything else will work well. Music beds, in and out of breaks. Those who run this site, you can hit your advertisers that you already have relationships with from the site and see if they have commercials and we can play those. We have the basics, just need to fine tune the rest.
Since we all live in different locations it'd be a little messy, but not impossible. I am more of a video guy, so I do have a little understanding of audio, but probably not enough to coordinate people living on different continents like Temecula.
Like I said in the post above, I'm more of a video guy, so your exotic dancing could be a key component for the podcast making it's way to Youtube.
I do a podcast on my true love - RPGs. And I'm working on one on philosophy. I don't mean to be a douche, but bball stats is a minor hobby of mine. It's not something I'm super passionate about. But I'd support a podcast, and if you needed help, I'd do what I could
I have a 3D Arena fighting game on Steam (Early Access) right now. Distribution contracts from the big 3 too. Just waiting on the last bit of funding to finish it off. Only reason why it's taking a few is the bastards want to own the game, we told them to eat it. haha.
