I can't come up with a starting 5, but I do really believe McGee will be back at Vet min. This would allow AD to play the 4 which is his natural position and one he prefers

I’d take either one. McGee for his shot blocking and hustle, Lopez because he wouldn’t clog the paint, can hit the 3, and isn’t a bad shot blocker himself. Lopez would probably be the better fit though, AD will occupy the paint a lot and is always a lob threat, which is mostly how we used McGee. Actually, I’d love both, one off the bench, I really do want McGee back, love what he brought when healthy.
McGee would put up valiant efforts in defending rim as a help defender, he has more athletic ability to recover from broken down perimeter defense. I don't expect our perimeter D to be as porous next year, especially if we land those guys. Brook being a legit 3 pt shooter and pretty much serviceable in every other aspect is super underrated, especially for playoff matchups. McGee is not a problem when the team is winning, but it really pissed me off to read that he might have been one of the bad apples along with Beasley last season. Other than that i think a stretch 5 is super important to put next to Bron and AD
I also would not mind having Lopez back. He'd be a good fit with that shooting and paint clogging ability. His lack of rebounds means absolutely nothing, when you have AD+Bron on the team. I'd try to get both him and MCG if possible... except if Boogie is going to ring chase with us.

Not only does Lopez’s lack of rebounding not matter with elite rebounders like AD/Bron, but actually it even helps the team’s rebounding ability more. Lopez often doesn’t pull down many boards himself, but he does a good job at boxing out his man to allow his teammates to grab the board.

I think AD will end up our center for the most part. Kuz and Lebron will be our interchangeable forwards.
@vasashi17, buddy if you have time, please build a team, including Kawhi for the max we can sign him, which is possible under the 2019-20 cap. I want to see how it looks
