a red bow, eh? well, i suppose to the untrained eye... i see a beautiful--almost tantalizing--fuscia bow, which smartly matches the lipstick. the harlequin-style rouge is understated only in its size. and one can't escape the gaze of those oversize emerald orbs, highlighted by a smoky eye effect. or a red bow. sure.

Hey @lavar-is-trash ! No updates since my last post about the pressure mounting internally. I suspect you'll hear something more specific from the media over the next week before it comes from me. The Lakers FO first has to come to a consensus about whether they want to return to the negotiating table after the offer, and then still need to discuss what that offer will entail. As of this morning (technically last night since my info is delayed) they hadn't yet made a decision about the former. -Mr. Rambis
@Mr. Rambis I know the Kawhi situation has gone dark for the Finals, but Vegas all of a sudden has Kawhi almost as a lock to return to Toronto. Does Vegas know the things you know regarding Uncle Dennis and his master plan to team up New Balance and AEG? If so, it seems like it's not a big deal and the Lakers best foot forward is pretty much dead on arrival at this point.
Hey @Savory Griddles ! I wouldn't rely on Vegas odds in this case. The way betting works is that the house always wants to come out ahead, so they will balance the odds out so their expected return is positive. If someone put a large amount of money on the Lakers, they might try to reduce the variance by putting money into Toronto. RIght now, Kawhi's camp has gone completely silent. I would know since we had an open dialogue with them before. The speculation going on right now is baseless. To be honest, Kawhi likely doesn't even know what he wants at this point. Uncle Dennis and Kawhi's agent were trying to make money for themselves via New Balance, but they've gone off the grid now because of the finals. Nobody will know anything until the series is over. I am not sure the outcome of the series will have a major impact on the decision, but it is more that nobody on Kawhi's side will say anything to avoid distractions. Last one for now! Best, Mr. Rambis
Hi @Ipod24 ! Nice to meet you! Unfortunately, not really. From what I understand, the Lakers are still trying to get on the same page internally about what to do. But I suspect you will hear something soon. It's been tough for me to glean information given that AEG's priorities are focused on what to do about this "NBA-intervention" situation, but on the flip side, they are tied into the Lakers more closely than usual for that reason as well. I did get some insight today that Rob was thinking about trying again to find a 3rd team, just to explore all options. He tried before and was unsuccessful, but perhaps now that things are more concrete he'll have some luck. However I acquired this information very indirectly so I wouldn't get my hopes up that a 3 team deal is happening anytime soon. Unfortunately all this mess in the front office has made the Lakers more slow moving than usual. We'll all have to be patient here! Best, Mr. Rambis
@Mr. Rambis Do you think the nba executives’ advice to the Lakers to not waste time on the top tier FAs was a form of sabotage in the form of intentional bad advice? The league needs the Lakers to be better, but no one wants them to have a super team.
Would him trying to find a third team probably mean hes not to yring to go for the “godfather” offer?
Hey @Mr. Rambis , not sure if this is something you’d be in the know about, but have you heard anything about the Lakers preparing for a back up plan of splitting the cap space over multiple solid roleplayers instead of swinging for the fences with a max signing/AD trade?
