I don't know seriously. Would have to watch again. My impression seems to be of it just not looking pretty and the left hand fairly off to the left the way his motion goes? Off too soon compared to great form? Nance was obviously off too soon when he was with us.
What are the chances we get RJ? I personally think that would be a perfect pick. He can play the 2 or he can even give us great scoring off the bench. Well scoring either way.
*Disclaimer, personal opinion here: I foresee the Lakers creating a lot of media coverage around their draft scouting process even if they plan to trade the pick. They will want to make it appear to the public like they are doing their due diligence in draft selection, even if they have a handshake deal with David on who to pick for a future trade.
They always do their due diligence and bring lots of people in regardless. May also be the only chance they get to talk to and get to know players that they may still target in the future.
Garland makes perfect sense if Lonzo is shipped out. I personally think the Lakers should not draft another SF...if there is ONE position, we have covered its the SF spot. But it all could change with a trade or two... At the end of the day our fortune is in the hands of Pelinka & Rambis...not an enticing outlook.
I want to draft down and get Hunter and Bol..maybe ATL want to deal their 2 picks for the number 4 to us
i would hope the scouting department would be treating this as if we were going to pick, given how deals can fall apart so easily.
