And I predict he’ll play about as much as Andre Ingram and Machado have. While Rondo is out there for 35 mins, KCP and LeBron are at 32 or 33. Luke is playing for wins and for his next job, and the front office seems to be trying to see if we have a 15th man on the G-League team, but apparently they haven’t informed Luke about this.
Sounds like a good defender and rebounder. Unfortunately Luke won’t actually play him so we’ll never know if he can make it in the league or not.
Oh chryst he's not even a big forward or big small forward. Perfect! A 6'5" dude who can't shoot. Another f****** smash bro. (no offense vash) (totally on the FO for their STUPID roster moves this year) Swear to gawd!
You run into more problems trading a RFA like Zu. With this guy and a flexible team option...it's far more easy to use him in a trade this summer for salary matching and possibly sparing guys on cheap deals like Kuz, Hart, Moe and Bonga. We just need to see the details of the contract before we get an idea of just how it could impact potential trades. The only problem I have with this strategy is that we should have claimed Woods (who has a non-guaranteed deal and is clearly valued by the Pels). But I believe team record gives them priority on waivers over us.
As always you are consistent in your looking for the positive with this FO, and I sincerely hope you are right. Just me personally I have NEVER been so disgusted in the history of my Lakers fandom as I have been with what they did this year with p*****g away hard won and acquired young talent on our roster and other STUPID moves after they got LBJ.
from scouting report: "Would really need to shoot a jumper to have any chance at an NBA future." Unless the Lakers have a roster spot.....
who would value a guy signing for so little money and off the gleague? lol...thats like saying guys like Caruso, Williams, A. Ingram could be vital to a trade hahaa
Averaging 11 rpg when he's gotten more than 5 minutes of playing time. Reading reports and scouting articles of his time in South Bay and in college none of this is surprising. Dude is fantastic at getting rebounds for being 6'5''
