It's not about caring , I mean when was the last time we won 2 games in a row ??? I seriously don't remember.

Can't make up ground if you lose every other game

 

We’re 4-6 last 10 games
Those ahead of us 5-5

If we can’t put together a winning streak we can’t catch anyone

 

I still have hope we can make it but boy is this team frustrating to watch and cheer for. What is our record since Lonzo went down? He seems to be way more important to the team's success than he should at this stage of his career, despite his atrocious shooting.

 

We're 2 games off the same losing number from the clippers and Spurs so they lose 2 we win 2 and we control our own destiny

 

shockingly, the we are still close enough to the 7th seed thanks to the Spurs going 1-7 over their past 8 games....

Clippers have a few tough games coming up, and we have two very winnable games @memphis and at home against Pels (revenge game)

We need to win a few games that we're probably slated to lose (Bucks, Nuggets at home)...if we're able to do that, we're back in it...but I doubt we win those games unfortunately

 

not against the Spurs, they own the tie breaker, there's still chance to get tie breaker on LAC if they beat them the next 2 games.

 

We absolutely need to own tie-breakers against both Kings and Clippers...which means beating the Clippers 2 more times and beating the Kings one more time. We're 1-1 with the Clips and 2-1 against the Kings so far...

Spurs, ugh. I hate them. I doubt we catch them but they seem to be collapsing right now....which is great news for us.

 

Clippers will end below Minnesota or even Memphis and their pick if they make a play-off goes to C Bags, so they are going to tank really hard on purpose.

Tanking is the obvious choice for the LA Clippers as missing the playoffs would allow them to retain their draft pick from the Boston C Bags; it would give the Clippers a lottery pick

eh, the only real fleece was the brooklyn deal. i think both tatum and brown came from that, right? and a third piece from that deal was used in the deal for irving. he's basically lived off it for years. you could argue he fleeced the cavs for irving, but irving had demanded out, which lowers value (unless you demand to go to the lakers).

one theme to ainge's success has been s***ting on his franchise icons. i found it in poor taste, as did anthony davis's dad. we'll see if it costs him or not. but the brooklyn and cleveland deals won't look so great if kyrie walks and AD isn't traded to boston.

 

Sacramento and Clippers probably both will lose today ,maybe even San Antonio, but it's not matter if Lakers are continuing losing

 

AD is playing on a minutes restriction today, maybe he will sabotage the game for us at least.
