    Vash, I didn’t mind missing out on Aldridge or Melo. My big argument this summer was Lebron is getting older and will get injured (check) and that he will trade all our assets to win now. I’m ok with trading most of the kiddies for AD but not the whole damn bunch plus multiple picks. What are we going to use for trade bait to get better? We can’t flip Lebron and his supersized salary. Everywhere he goes there’s drama. Is 35 and 37 year old Lebron going to be worth? Only if we win the chip. Right now all I see is us missing the playoffs.

    Cook, I was bringing up 2nd tier Allstars like Melo and Aldridge to show just how sorry we were as a franchise then.

    Now we're with a deadline or a summer away from AD and/or a max free agent.

    I just don't understand why y'all upset. We didn't blow up a potential dynasty for Bron.

    He went out and we couldnt stay afloat falling from 4th to out the playoffs.

    Yet, we're behind only 2 losses of the 8th seed with the cLips likely conceding their spot.

    Even with a massive roster overhaul, the buyout market projects to be deep and AD is by all accounts healthy.

    It was a terrible loss last night for sure, but it's also a moment to either galvanize a team as is or make the moves to do something about it.

    Don't let the -Nancy's of the site get ya down..cause we're already there. Only way is up.

    Btw, the Boston story to make it worth while for the Pels but ain't promising anything is probably the Pels putting that story out to extract that extra 3rd pick from the Lakers.

    Lowe said that the current Laker package plus an additional pick to make it 3 1sts is as competitive a package as the Pels can get for AD. Dude is the most sensible one on that Espn network.

    I really think a deal could get done with 3 1st rounders (I'm just hoping we can save one of the kiddies if possible with the inclusion of more picks).

    LeBron has f***ED us. The worst case scenarios are all playing out for us.

    LeBron missed 25% of the season and in turn, "exposed" the young core during his time out

    Luke gets called out by LeBron's "camp" (rightfully so but still not a good look)

    Young core loses value due to being exposed

    Other injuries occur to other key players (Rondo, Ingram, Kuzma, and Lonzo)

    Lakers blowing home games against the worst teams in the league and not making up for it

    LeBron calling for all our young players to get traded with public leaks of trades

    Lakers not getting who they want and now it's completely f***ed our season


    And LeBron is 34...3 more years of this s***

    Fab4, if the AD godfather deal goes through...would you be upset about that as well?

    (-)Nancys, real question...we weren't winning before and weren't legit title contenders this year anyways...we don't develop youth properly...we hoard capspace and it's a problem, yet all the big markets are doing it now...2020 Free Agency w/o AD ain't got the names we'll see this summer...so my question to you is, what will make y'all stop bawl'n?
