Performed our yearly beat down of Golden State. I’m loving it because before the season started SAS swore up and down we were getting blown out on Christmas Day. Basically we had no chance. There was a blowout all right.

We had 7 players in double figures. That’s some serious spread the wealth. I didn’t watch, but Zubac 9-10?

That’s glorious! Sounds like it might be worth watching the replay.

He's like 30 for 36 or something the last 3 games with 80% I'm guessing. Sure he's been fed a lot of dunks but he's putting himself in position for them and catching the passes. But really impressively he is hitting that 80% or whatever on his short ambidextrous hooks and shots and tonight even got the ball by the sideline beyond the 3 point line, saw an opening and put the ball on the floor to go all the way to the hoop for a jam. Freaking amazing. So happy for the kid. He's got his confidence now and the timing keeps getting better. Getting off the ground now too for stuffing opponents' shots and jamming the ball through the rim.

As good or better a story than Andre Ingram last year. This came out of nowhere.

Well, I got my Xmas present! Boom! Awesome win over the Warriors as we kicked their @$$&$ in their house. Beautiful. Just wish it didn't come with the high price tag of Lebron straining legroin.

Can you just imagine Zubac having actual trade value?

The youngest starting lineup in the league, by far.

    Lonzo (21)
    Hart (23)
    Ingram (21)
    Kuzma (23)
    Zubac (21)

    He's also been up against:

    Anthony Davis
    Marc Gasol
    Draymond Green.

Not as if they are garbage defenders.

This is the group we had last year minus Randle. We played good ball at the end of the season. I fully expect them to play well.

If McGee is back healthy, and with the veteran voices of Tyson, kcp and born ready Lance then we'll be fine. We got a young team but also some good vets sprinkled in to calm down the storm.

Not to jinx anything or exaggerate our chances but I genuinely believe we'd win more games than many NBA fans would give us credit to with that starting lineup to keep us within the Top 8 in the absence of LeBron. The problem are close games where we would naturally fold, but hey, time's changed. At least now we have Rondo and even Lance or Ty to give us some sort of stability if veteran experience during those times is necessary to keep the game together.

Although I do hope Bron comes back sooner rather than later. While I have no doubt we can keep it together, question of how long is another issue.

I'm not down on this team at all. We're missing 3 of our best players in Bron, Rondo and McGee and it took a miraculous shot from our opponent to beat us on the road.

i think the concern is that rondo and mcgee are among our best players. i also worry that we're 1 loss and a couple wins by other teams from being in 9th place. blowing 15 pt leads in such a tight race is pretty bad.
