I thought he would be a bigger douche and a worse teammate. I can easily root for a Lakers Bron.

That was spectacular. It's unreal to have Lebron and to see him deliver in that epic fashion was phenomenal. I was definitely anti-Lebron in the past, but I'm thrilled and still kind of in shock that he came to us when we needed him here. Nice to have the best player in the game on your team.

Spectacular 4th quarter. Some of those 3's he made and the way he was getting down hill with so much force made me shake my head in amazement and I've seen some impressive stuff in my time on this planet (see Kobe career).

"When it's really really, really, really money time, you know who is going to be there.”

Shades of Shaq and making his free throws "when it really matters"...

So if Bron is our dominant '18 free agent signing circa '96, then Bonga is our Kobe, right?

Also forget being a narcissist, Bron so into himself that he went into prophecy mode by doing big things during "money time" last night.

Meanwhile KD got another T last night and is at 2nd overall in techs received this season with 6 total.

You know KD is all caught up in his fillings and is big big mad with how the media is going to swoon over Bron today.

Pop's always gotten the most out of utility players on his team.

Could you imagine what he could do with a Kobe, Lebron led team and the young talent that we have?

Pop could have used this: “LeBron James did what LeBron James does because he’s LeBron James”.

But maybe he does not watch South Park.

I just loved the Kevin Spacey House of Cards look aside off camera to one of the other press guys that said, "can you believe this moron?" Aside from that he looks 10 years younger without the beard. Wonder how long he's going to keep coaching.

wonder how much we could get in trade for him?

but in all seriousness, I'm glad he still has tread on the tires. I crashed last night, so I remain mostly unimpressed. Beating the Spurs is not a great feat this year.

Do you have any way to watch what you didn't see of the 2nd half? It was Kobe in the Smush days putting the team on his back.

Yes, in the streaming thread is a full game replay if I had time/wanted to. Kind of a busy week. Happy enough with the win and highlights though.

Oh .... and some DEEP ****ing threes. I think Steph has rubbed off on him. But he's been hitting like half of them.

I just watched that 4th quarter again. That was the best (prime) Kobe impression I have ever seen. He really took over and hit some amazing shots, including that video game 3. He also trusted Kuzma, Lonzo and Hart, showing great leadership. Bron’s best quarter this year. Amazingly, he has not slowed down at all. He does not jump as high, but he still has those full court drives to the basket (including the spin in the paint) and he developed two new moves - the baseline “Dirk” jumper (including the patented knee lift to gain distance from the defender) and the “Steph 3”. I am honestly impressed.
