39-60 in rebounds...that is indeed unacceptable.

Pretty terrible effort overall. Rebounding and 3 point shooting were just flat out terrible. Just a crappy performance in every way.

We’re just not a very good basketball team. I’m willing to wait until this offseason when we sign another max contract.

It’s kinda crazy how much we know this team. It’s like an old married couple.

I didn’t even bother watching the game cuz I had a gut feeling it was going to be bad.

More than Jules, what Mag/Rob did with BLo is more wtf worthy!

The only thing that pops out is Beas and Luke share the same agent (also Joel Berry of the South Bay Lakers). Also, maybe they thought Moe would make a worthy replacement for BLo cage thru have similar skillsets.

Still its really weird that we didn't go with BLo once we locked up SwaGee and lost Jules. I'm good with SwaGee & TC, but BLo would look really nice next to Bron, cause he stretches the floor and is awesome at boxing out so that our guards/wings can gobble up boards and push transition. We coulda had all 3 of them dudes as our center rotation so that this small ball bulls*** would be scrapped permanently.

God, reading that makes me so mad. I thought maybe B-Lo wanted to start and chose to leave for Milwaukee where he would guaranteed start...

We really made some questionable a** moves this summer...ugh

Oh...WMC for tonight: blowing yet another big lead (24 points to be exact) and nearly losing this game to the Oladipo-less Pacers at home...

    Ingram being meh again

and us relying on LeBron to bail us out once again...

How much more of this are we going to need this year? Somebody from the young core needs to effing step up.

I think he was viewed as a poor fit. I don't disagree.

WMC: The Clippers are in first place. Despite signing a dude named Lebron, the OKC Thunder are ahead of us in the standings.

Shooting 56% on free throws in an NBA game
    Luke's jacket and coaching
    Lebron playing 38 minutes
Concerns about the number of Angelino's that will have diarrhea tonight or in the morning after consuming free tacos.

How does one step up when you are also told to bend the knee? For sure we have young guys growing into their roles, but they aren't the only issue.

@sirronstuff , I'm sorry, but it's time to shut up about LeBron being the problem.

How can you sit there and act like this is on LeBron?

Face the music bruh...our young guys just haven't stepped up yet, and they're literally relying and leaning on LeBron.

Also, we were LUCKY to land LeBron this past summer...we would be the worst team in the western conference without him right now...book it.

28-8-7 just doesn't cut it I guess...I'm happy to go back to Jordan Hill, Carlos Boozer, Nick Young and Jeremy Lin era though...or better yet...the snitch days with D-Lo and Randle...or maybe not making the playoffs for 5 yrs straight...

If one player commands the ball so much, it's hard for those guys to develop. Yes they need to step up, but they are doing so while modifying how much they can touch the ball. You do see that right? They simply have less opportunity to develop, and yes, if you have one of the best ever on your team, you're going to defer.

It may be a bit unfair to just say they aren't stepping up without looking at the whole picture.

And despite my dislike for Lebron, yes the team is better with him on it. No I don't care to watch much these days because he's on the team, but there is no disputing he's an all time great. They are finding their way and figuring out their roles.

Someone needs to grow into the closer, because we all know that's not a role that Lebron consistently wants.

the free throw shooting has become as embarrassing as the lack of defense

ALL these guys just "talk" about doing better at the ft line but NOTHING changes, BI is guranteed a MISS on his 1st ft attempts (never fails), James is guaranteed at least a trip where he misses both, Zo is a 50% type if we're lucky enough that he even gets there. As for the D, maybe Randle subtle back handed comment about how NOP is so focus on practicing individual defensive drill is something he "never" had before was legit and a shot at Luke here.

Watching the replay of last night‘s game... i‘m over Ingram as a Laker. Keep him if u think u can trade him for AD later (hard to believe) or trade him for Beal (if u can). Playing him the way he is played right now is bad for the whole team though.

Feeling generous i‘d say he doesnt fit. But he has not improved since last season, he holds the ball forever, his moves are soooo slow and he is still laughably weak. Sad (Trump face).

i really want to believe in BI but he really hasn't progressed the way we thought he would after it looked like he'd take that next step this year. i thought playing with lebron would only help his progression but its made it worse

really sucks to see other teams hit the lotto with their draft picks only for our #2 overall picks to be playing at such an underwhelming rate

We can blame some of this on coaching...but these guys are also deferring too much when LeBron I believe has given them more than enough opportunities to take over the game. You are damn right..somebody needs to grow into the closer because at this rate, we're going to burn LeBron out relying on him to bail us out.

It’s been great seeing Lebron force the issue by taking the ball to the rack. He can finish through contact and get a decent look every time just about. But like you said, we don’t need him with the extra mileage or abuse on his body. Others need to step up. I like that he’s been encouraging them to do so by pumping them up in the press.
