I'm really not understanding the Nuggets hype...but I'm glad that they actually have real expectations this year. Pressure for some teams is bad...and for a team like the Nuggets, they are prime to wilt under the pressure of playoff expectations from almost every major sports outlet.

 

I love what the Nuggets are doing. What sucks for them is that they'll never be able to attract the big fish to put them over. They draft extremely well for the most part.

 

i've been puzzled by the nuggets hype all summer. again: they brought back their ninth-place squad at a higher price. and now they're projected 4th. i mean, sure, they'll start strong due to continuity, and they were a decent team, but i don't see how they are poised to make some sort of jump. i'd predict them finishing near ninth again.

 

Do you include Lebron?

I like the excitement and all for this upcoming season, but can the Lakers start devising a plan to get the 1st pick in the 2019 draft so we can get Zion Williams? I think he might be Shaq, LeBron and Barkley all rolled into one.

 

This guy is going to create a new generation of floppers. Big man with a low gravity center, lot of freight-train penetration being 1/2 foot shorter than guys his "volume" he presents physics problems. With that gravity center he will send people that dare to take a charge into the stands.
