Early Cleveland / Decision / Miami LeBron was a major douchebag. He's been much more focused since he returned to Cleveland & I like the approach he's taken to the move to LA so far.
It's gonna take me awhile to get used to rooting for him, but I'm really glad we get a more mature LeBron
    & not The Chosen One...

Make no mistake. He is still the Chosen One. He is just much smarter in how he handles himself now.

So with Lebron...how does this change?:

Nationally televised NBA game schedule (2017-2018)

GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS: 31 (13 ESPN, 12 TNT, 6 ABC)
    HOUSTON ROCKETS: 28 (10 ESPN, 6 ABC, 12 TNT)
    CLEVELAND CAVALIERS: 27 (10 ESPN, 5 ABC, 12 TNT)
OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER: 27 (9 ESPN, 6 ABC, 12 TNT)
    BOSTON C Bags: 25 (10 ESPN, 11 TNT, 4 ABC)
SAN ANTONIO SPURS: 24 (11 ESPN, 4 ABC, 9 TNT)
LOS ANGELES LAKERS: 23 (11 ESPN, 11 TNT, 1 ABC)
LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS: 19 (10 ESPN, 9 TNT)
    WASHINGTON WIZARDS: 18 (10 ESPN, 7 TNT, 1 ABC)
    MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES: 17 (9 ESPN, 7 TNT, 1 ABC)
    PHILADELPHIA 76ERS: 14 (9 ESPN, 5 TNT)
    etc.....

No doubt we get more games than GSW which will of course be viewed at by them as an insult. Cleveland had only 4 less games in that much weaker market (than LA) while LBJ was still there (hell we had only 4 games less than Cleveland with no one) so I am conservatively guessing that we will have all 82 games nationally televised and that we will play 2x on X-Mas day :p

btw (listen up Kawhi), The Raptors had a whole 5 nationally televised games. And OKC, which had 27, is sure to see a major drop after that first round exit and their market. Poor PG.

No, there are kids on that club team that can dunk and they’re in 7th grade...take that to the bank.

:BallShameShame: Shouldn’t poop on people’s moments of doing things for others. These moments are rare, so let’s just recognize his personal growth from his normally insecure self seeking ways.

latest piece from the boston flagship:

    http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...ng-cleveland-cavaliers-los-angeles-lakers-nba

    my favorites:

can we please stop with this? again, the irony of jerry west--a member of the front office of a team based in los angeles--is the one to stoke this fire. this argument is just fundamentally flawed. the clippers had cap space, you d******es. if the lakers meant nothing or were nothing, why didn't he go there? that stuff's just haterade. if someone said: "he just went there because the lakers' brand is huge", i'd be ok with it. it IS part of the reason. but the attempts to say that he basically came despite it being the lakers...lame as hell.

people are so mad we're back. i love it.

we still talking to mintz? in terms of nights off, the bottom dwellers in the west are as bad as those in the east. you're just less likely to get home court throughout the playoffs.

to be fair, there were more positive quotes than negative, but they chose to lead with the negative, so I did that as well. note that everyone who goes on the record says nice things.

Not really a jersey guy, and ordering a custom one with the anti symbol seems overkill.

I love the Lakers, but don’t care for him. Don’t want to continually dump on him though, and mess with the joy of other fans.

I actually didn’t care for Shaq when we signed him tbh. He grew on me, but I always preferred the hard working clutch Kobe over him.

    I’ll give him a chance.
