Yeah the veneer on the Sixers is already starting to wear off. They tried to shine that crap up as best as they could, but it's still clear that's a crap franchise. LeBron wasn't going there. Morey doesn't want to be there. Keep all your burner accounts and your young dummies. We've got serious business to take care of over here.

And f*** Skip Bayless. The world will be better when idiots like that aren't around in sports media.

Hey hey hey.. take it easy on our guy. He may have s*** to contribute in terms of sports knowledge, but he's still a heck of a gif/meme maker and at least to me, Sirron holds the title of sports analcyst with serious distinction from his cohorts. ;)

Yeah, when you have guys like Embiid as one of your "centerpieces", and what seems to be a culture of "we're better than you", who wants to come to that? I'm sure Embiid is fun to be around as a person, but no one wants to play with a bunch of egomaniacs like Embiid, Simmons, and Fultz.

Then you look this way to what Rob and Magic built, a more relaxed, but focused winning culture and no one really stepping out as a "I'm the man" type of player, you developed a more team oriented system, much like the Warriors. Curry knows he's good, Klay know's he's good, KD is the man, but he sacrificed his ego too. That's what we're hoping Lebron does with us. Lebron knows he can be the man, but he knows he's better off playing a in a selfless system where everyone benefits. and it's more fun for them. You don't get guys like Rondo or Stephenson to buy in unless they know they're coming to a situation where they're better off than their last.

Sirron is self aware though. With Bayless either he knows he's a horrid troll and does it on purpose or he's bought into his own bull**** at this point and thinks he's a genius. Either one is awful and the amount of people he gets to react to his nonsense is disappointing. Us included. :D

If the kings go after capela then I hope WCS is on the market, he'd be perfect fit with our fast pushing team. Perfect for Zo having a rim running athletic big. I'd offer Zubac and a 1st for WCS

Im not offering a 1st for Stein. Our FO draft room will find a better player using our pick than Stein.

Then 2nd round pick, I still think he'd be a good fit for our team if available

He's an okay fit in terms of his ability, but absolutely not in terms of brainpower or desire to win.

Ohhhkay, so I guess no need for Kawhi then...

So they're sitting with 13 on the roster now and are paying $18.75m in luxury taxes. I'm assuming his one year deal is for the vet min, so they added about 1.5m in team salary but will pay an additional 3.75m in taxes. So dude costs then about 5.25m at the moment... They must really like him, or they know they're going to be shedding salary soon. As of right now they're 12.5m over the tax threshold.

Looks like #Dengdump is on hold until next year probably.

Although Sacramento was supposedly looking for a veteran forward at some point... Just sayin'.
