I was encouraged seeing Zubac looking cut but I thought "Photoshop?'... Seriously, he has an opportunity and I hope he takes advantage.

lol trolling the rockets. he was a useful player last year, though his repeated shoulder issues are a bit troubling. maybe a summer of rest will help get those right.

    i'd take him.

I'd take him to keep weakening the Rockets. Mbah a Moute is a solid player when he's on the court and he helps their depth out a lot. If he and Ariza leave, their bench is built on the wafer thin health of Anderson, Gordon, and Nene.

Probably. He's a glove fit over there.

The only potential problem: he and Pringles hated each other in New York.

Paul can be the go-between... There's a line out there where he said to D'Antoni: "Coach, where you go. I go." Both parties can kiss and make up. :)

Do not need. We are already going to have problems dividing wing minutes. LeBron, BI, Kuz, Hart, Lance, Svi.

We could use a decent big though.

Not sure we have the room or playing time for him, but I'm all for weakening HOU.

^^^Really weird. Denver is about 10M above the tax threshold, so their tax bill before the Craig signing is about 16M. After the signing, their bill goes up to 21M. Incorporate that he's on a 2m per deal, so Denver basically paid 7M this year to sign him.

    Faried trade in 3...2...

    LA: Faried
    DEN: LA 2019 1st
    ATL: Deng DEN 2019 1st LA 2020 2nd

Small ball center. I'd do it. Though he has been trending down the past couple seasons.

Definitely has, but worth a shot especially with him expiring next year anyways. Beats a useless Deng for another two years. Could move him at the deadline too.

Once the 2max summer plan was out the door, I've been wanting something similar.

Faried/Arthur both combine for about 21m in expiring deals.

    LA: Faried/Dedmon
Den: 2nd round pick swaps (remember, we're doing them a favor by having their salary dumped)
ATL: Deng, Arthur, Zu, LA 1sts and Denver 1sts

I would even swap out Dedmon for Plumlee (expires in 19/20) if it meant keeping either our 1st round pick or Denver's. Essentially ATL and LA swap bad contracts with Deng and Plumlee and we still give them draft compensation, but still retain either our or Denver's 1st.

dedmon can really help us...we could just deal with atl directly....

    zubac/deng/19 1st/2nd for muscala/dedmon

we give up zu due ti muscala inclusion...this route only has atl eating up ~26mill in returned $ (dedmon/muscala is bout 12mill combined)
