This super friends garbage is getting ridiculous! And I say this knowing we're one of the biggest culprits.

The only thing that bugs me here: if the Lakers had done this, the league would revolt and protest and send petitions.

The Warriors do it and everyone thinks it's a cute, fun story.

Seriously, f*** Cousins, what a wuss move. This is worse than what Little P did. He gets to sit out half the year and still get a ring.

worse: most fans are celebrating that the lakers didn't get cousins. it's sort of hilarious.

eh, i get it. if everyone's only offering 1 year at probably significantly below max (i mean, we had our chance to offer more), why not take a guaranteed ring then hit the market when you're healthy and teams are flush with cash? smart move, imo. if we wanted him, we could/should have offered more.

i get the checkers/chess tweet now. long game strategy.

Sign Dwight. Sign Melo. With a sprinkle of Rondo and Lance...Lebron will be so happy he put his faith in Magical Johnson

    mcgee/stephenson/rondo tells me we didn't?

he supposedly wanted to come here. i'm guessing the leftover cap after lebron would have done the trick. i'm guessing we didn't offer it. maybe i'm wrong, but that's been the MO here.

Giant assumption. We could have offered him more before we even had Rondo and he said no because he wanted to go to GS.

Well, what would your rather have? 3 players that can all contribute straight away? Or a rehabbing Center who probably won’t play for most the year?

I think we made the right decision here. We have to fill out the roster and we got some competent players.

i just don't get why we bid against no one for lance and rondo. who was going to pay either guy those salaries, even on one-year deals? rondo got paid a third of that last year, as did stephenson, i think.

The Stephenson deal I agree with, he should have been a minimum signing. The Rondo deal, it was reported that NO wanted him back badly, but that we beat their offer. Had to beat it to get him.

    I'm sick to my stomach...

Since signing LeBron...we've whiffed on everything....literally everything.

The Cousins whiff is the biggest one yet.
