    he's comin.

there's no way he's leaving to join us by himself unless he's talked to some of his friends.

whether it's PG, CP3 (bleh, I know, but better than nothing), DMC...he knows he has options out there.

kawhi isn't going to make or break his decision to come here.

we should still be shopping to unload Deng as our first option.

    Yeah okay Brian.

My take on Lebron's mouthpiece: Lakers need to seal the deal on a partner. Once that's done, we are done. That partner is George preferably (means we keep resources), but could be Kawhi or even Cousins or DeAndre Jordan.

lol...espn needs to stop reaching with this "Cavs firmly in the mix BS".

y'all have nothing there. you don't have assets, and your coach sucks.

or if PG decides to stay, there's also the CP3 option.

Here we go. . This takes away the immediate pressure to make a godfather offer for Leonard and gives us a chance to speak with James in a couple of days.

This is a nightmare for Houston, Boston and SA as they lose leverage with regard to Kawhi trade.

I agree with this, I would put George/Kawhi has the tier 1 sort of options but can fully see Lebron coming with Cousins/Jordan on a short deal.

Philly is sitting on 74M in team salary (27m in cap space) when you account for Zhaire and Shamet on their books. They don't have enough cap to max out Bron unless they move Bayless's 8m contract off their books and don't bring back any salary (ie dump it onto another cap having team).

The Cavs have his bird rights and can still sign him to a max deal but they will be in luxury tax purgatory.

They can also S&t Bron, but any team that receives him has to be below the apron (130m) AFTER he's on their books. So if Bron s&TS for his max, then thats 35M heading the other way, so a team would only be able to absorb him if they are sitting at 95m (130-35) in team salary sans the salary they are using to trade Bron for. And let's say this...not many teams are sitting below the cap line as we speak.

Bron can only get his max in LA & play with another max guy he recruits to play with him. No other team can provide that to him presently.

If Lebron goes to LA, can someone then shotgun Brian Windhorst, please? He is an Ohio schmuck isnt he or something? Tired of looking at him and his voice.

Am I the only one who feels like when I read articles from Cleveland sources, that I'm reading something from a third world country?

It is a third world country. They kept a coach who went 0-16. They butchered a draft where they could have had RB AND Best QB in the draft and went 4th best QB and got a corner. Dan Gilbert writes letters in Comic Sans. That whole area is a bunch of dildos.

Lol, no offense but y’all need to calm down with the assumption that every report is some sort of media bias against us.

I don’t think Windhorst is even trying to imply that he has some knowledge that Lebron is seriously considering Cleveland. That tweet reads like it is focused on who still has a chance purely from a CBA perspective.

And yes, declining the player option doesn’t really have any bearing on his ability to stay in Cleveland. He can still just sign a new one year deal with them (or 5 year max if he wanted).
