    I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear we're trying to package that to move up into the mid 1st given the decent amount of smoke there.

    i could see trying to package up for smith or walker. but again, given who they've worked out, i'd bet more on the idea that they have someone they love that they think will be there at 39 but not at 47 (maybe real's kansas euro).

    i'm just not sure if 25/39 or even 25/39/47 moves you high enough to get smith or walker. who's selling picks in the teens?

    edit: more thoughts:

    bulls' second next year will be better than 39, so to me, this has to mean they either love someone or have another trade lined up. otherwise, you're backsliding on value. plus they added cash.

    finally: it may be no more than sweetener in a deng dump like the one real outlined earlier. though as i said earlier, this would surprise me. i would think the bulls' second rounder next year would be more enticing.

    but they're at 19, right? not sure who will be there. hutchinson seems like a laker guy, particularly if kuz is on his way out via trade.
