^To me this one had potential, like WWE-style entertainment

Appreciate the work but if you only go by the numbers , it's a LOT less than 17 if the Lakers just had shot league average from the FT line in these games ... which is at 76.8 % this season

18/22 from the line , one pt loss again Miami which would be due to bad FT shooting ? You can't be serious, same with the NOP game

That's an interesting list, but it's a bit of a reach to say that we lost those 17 games at the charity stripe.

While it's true that we're dead last in team FT% at 70.8%, even the NBA-leading Warriors are at 81.7%.

In other words, if the Warriors shot those FT's instead, we would have 3 more wins and 2 more ties/OT's.

hey, can you do the same thing, but just for Lonzo Ball's free throw misses? I'd like to see how many games that loser bust good for nothing has cost us already in his alleged stellar rookie year.

OK I'll be the guy that bit**** about Elgin's new statue. For the most part I like it. But why in the hell is all of that crap trailing his left elbow as he goes up with the ball? Was the dude on acid seeing trails or something?

It's probably for most people going to elicit WTFs. I bet Elgin thought to himself when he saw it, "WTF".

The sculptor did to this what Fergie did to the National Anthem.

And if you don't like all that crap behind his elbow on first glance .... it doesn't get any better the following times you see it. WTF sculptor dude? Elgin waited all these years to have YOU go experimental on his statue?

I like it personally. The statue looks like it's in motion.

Well that was the "plan" obviously. But many are not going to like this. Why do that where it is going to have a very divided response from the millions that will see the statue in person and images on line? The dude's ego would be my guess .... trying to be edgy with it.

I don't know. Maybe I'm being too knee jerk and like you say it has a cool factor that will grow on us over time that don't initially like it.

I like it as well. It looks like motion blur, I think it’s incredibly artistic and has a unique style.

I'm already kind of sort of coming around on this. Waffling already. Not saying for certain I'm on the bandwagon for the artist yet.

Hey .... usually I stay committed to my takes.
