    He’s honestly needed right now. Without Brewer, Deng’s untimely passing, and us not really playing Williams so far, we need what he has given us so far. Solid minutes, decent defense, chipping in some points.

    Wear can hit the outside shot...good perimeter player going back to his U.C.L.A. days. What I find as a pleasant surprise is how he plays decent defense as you noted.

    Wear is a 10 dayer while Caruso is a 2wayer. We have both their rights this summer, but Caruso is a RFA while Wear can be an UFA.

    This is probably just an investment in rounding out a roster with a cheap young big so that when we land the big fish, we're deep enough to compete.

    Glad we have him the rest of the year. We could do a lot worse and he's fit in real nicely given the short minutes he gets per game.

    I like what Travis did in summer league. Good to see him get some payoff. Whenever he is on the floor I always hope they can get that magic flow with Kuzma and Zo or Caruso where they are just running and gunning from 3. Fun times.

    Gotta give this dude some credit for tonight. He got on a little hot streak there in the 2nd quarter I think it was, hit 3 threes and was one of the few who gave consistent effort from start to finish on both ends of the court. Our bench tonight was literally Wear, Ennis, and Zu, and Zu played 4 mins. So Travis’ 11 points in 19 mins and the hustle and defense were huge for us when basically all our starters played around 40 mins or close to it.

    He went a little outside of his wheelhouse last night, but it worked out for him. He's a very solid 3rd stringer.

    I'm glad we paid him the rest of the year and even though we'll waive our rights to him this summer to save half a million dollars in cap space, I hope he gets brought back in the summer or even as an end-of-bench option once we've done our thing this summer.

    Wear looks solid. He doesn't seem to get too high or low. He does his job and has some sort of an assassin mentality.

    I think we should keep him as a 14th guy on this team.

    Very nice shooter and possibly cheap going into the off-season. Good to keep an eye on him and possibly bring him back for an invite next season during training camp...
