I'm optimistic, because we could be "the process" team. They might have talent, but how can you explain this organization decision? :Crazyartest:

So far, I'm liking the mental toughness of the team so far. They might not be executing efficiently, but damn do they fight every play and don't back down from adversity.

Hopefully we can get Zo back and into a normal schedule that doesn't include back to back to back games against the Top 5 teams in the league, on the road.

Can't disagree there. We've had some frustrating losses. Young teams though Zen. Young teams will do this to you.

Best drafting for sure, but best front office? Previous regime wasn't too great and the current one is still TBD.

Definitely have to judge the FO on more than drafting. The same FO gave out Mozdeng.

No, but they didn't draft Clarkson, Randle, or DAR either.

Exactly. If they don’t get all the credit, they can’t take all the blame.

    Because I’m fair like that.

We sucked last December too. 2-14 instead of 3-11. We had a couple guys go out too. Very similar except we weren't in more than a couple games the whole month last season. Whereas this December we were in every game except a couple. I can't remember if there were any that we weren't at least briefly in ftm.

And it does represent a big jump in growth. We went from being totally out-classed to having some of the best teams only beat us on final plays because their guys have experience. It looks terrible on the standings but all those teams know our guys are almost there. It's been incredibly painful to take these losses but it is for these guys too and they will grow from it. Just like a young Kobe throwing up air-balls in Utah, you learn from it and improve what needs improving. Season's not over yet and I predict a big jump in growth in these guys.

To be fair the team that drafted is still mostly here intact. Buss and West do a great job for us.

And if they encompassed the front office as a whole, we’d be in complete agreement.

I'm confused. Are we pro or anti Front Office?

    We’re pro (Current) front office
We’re saddened by the former front office
We praise the scouting team than spans both and has unparalleled results
