Nice, but they left out this one That 3 to tie the game vs Portland on Patterson remains to this day one of the most difficult shots I've ever seen made. The 3 to win thay same game wasn't exactly easy either, fading away falling down, nothing but net.
My favorite one has to be when Artest kicks it out Kobe in Game 5 of the 2010 Finals vs Boston and he just launched a deep one and nailed it.
Beautiful. Kobe letting Pau make his life easier with the higher % shots and his great hands and moves. I hope Luke is open enough to take advantage in the same way with 6'6" Lonzo and 6'9" BI with similar passes to even bigger men around the key down low in Brook Lopez and Zu .... also with soft hands and talented big man moves at rim height and above. When they're not spacing it outside and drilling 3s. Change it up. Poop on small ball centers when we get those mis-matches.
Beautiful basketball. Kobe had eyes in the back of his head when it came to Pau (and Shaq), and Pau was so good at cutting, coming off screens, and had soft hands to catch some really quick passes. 2 offensive basketball geniuses at work there.
First time I saw Kobe play live and the last. Think I only missed maybe one or two of the Lakers/Spurs matchups in San Antonio in that time span. There was just no way I'd pass up the opportunity to see that man play in person. Nobody put on a show like Kobe Bryant. Lots of great battles with the Spurs over the years. Without question my favorite rivalry and the Lakers biggest rival to me other then the green scum bags in the East. Really hope we get good again and that rivalry comes back.
I was doing some deep thinking over the last few days when all this Gordan Hayward leaving UTA talk was going on and reflecting how thankful we as a Lakers fan base are that we never had to see Kobe leave. We came close in 2006 but crisis was averted. Thank you again Kobe for the 20 years!
...credit Dr. Buss for that. To the Clippers too AND he was taking Medvedenko (rolls eyes). 24...one of a kind.
Damn this video makes me feel old. It's from my childhood and it looks like it was filmed with a potato.
That's embarrassing didn't even see the video from earlier. Look how freaking skilled he was at that age. That's incredible.
Probably the most skilled 17 year old ever. Already in attack mode, and they did everything they could to stop him. He wasn't having it. Cool to see a young DFish slamming too lol
