Would be a solid pickup for what we're trying to do financially. He's sort of looked cooked the last few times I watched him.

I'd do that in a heartbeat. Come here, build your name back up, go get one more paycheck somewhere.

ive always low key liked afflalo.. I'd be down if Clarkson is for sure traded.

Part of me thinks why not like Julius as far as Clark goes, wait until before the all star break to truly see what we have in these guys once and for all. In Clarksons case he along with Randle can attack the paint . Lopez ,Ingram and Ball stretching the floor.

he's a ucla guy--is he an la guy? i worry a bit about him taking some developmental minutes and not helping us win, though.

think i'd pass. if you're taking youth minutes, we need to be winning.

CP2 and Blake Griffin both opted out of their contracts and became free agents today. Not like the Clippers win anything with them, but boy I'd love to see them both walk. I'd also love to see Doc's face if it happens. Sorry, Jerry..

I mean realistically, best case scenario for them, Paul and Blake stay, but they have to pay them a billion dollars each. So they still keep losing in round 1 or 2, but they're paying insane prices to do it now.

I won't laugh at them yet. They got Jerry, that's enough to get me worried.

I'm surprised no one's talking about this....

Rob said the cap is sacred, but in the same interview he also said specifically that the Lakers needed a starting SG net to Ball, and that they are going to try to sign one when free agency starts. He also suggested that he thinks the team will only sign 2-3 new players in free agency.

It's nice to have a clear goal for once. So I wonder who they are targeting.

Of the list, I'd target JJ Redic on a massive one year deal, but I'm not sure he signs for anything less than a multi year deal. If that's the case, I turn to Dion Waiters.

Yeah I noticed that in the conference, I'm pretty interested to see how they address it. The way FA is, I can see Reddick and Waiters both getting pretty big multi-year deals.

I would offer to take in Ariza and Beverly from the Rockets. They are evidently trying to clear their books up for this summer. Both are expiring. We could get those two, send Brewer to a team looking to get to the cap floor and or cut black. Presto. We're right at the salary cap.

Come on guys, Waiters is a tool. You dont want that guy around young kids trying to set an example.
