    Thank you Kings for not doing that trade, I want Lonzo. Lavar must have blocked that trade ;) pacers front office who supposedly have no leverage seems to be having more leverage than the Lakers..... Very sad

    Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if Magic and Rob are just looking to get us to 50 wins in the next two years so the millions of casual fans will worship them. Meanwhile, our future is gone and we don't get close to a ring.

    eh, in truth, i didn't see dlo as a star (nor do i see lonzo as a star, sac was wise to keep 5 and 10). i was fully prepared for basically everyone but ingram to be gone by july.

    i just thought it wouldn't be for brook lopez's expiring contract and a chance to be shat upon by FAs again.

    Optimism: We had a 50/50 chance of keeping our pick. Swapping Dlo/Mozgov for Ball/Lopez/#27 is a definitely a net positive, both to our roster and long-term flexibility.

    Yep and after all this as big of a fan as I was of Russell there's no question that Ball is the superior playmaker, more natural and true point guard, and more importantly better leader.
