    "He's getting bigger....."

Who, and how can you tell?

Neither are shirtless and showing off their fake 2 hour pump up spritzed with water like Randle. :Headbang:

He does look bigger though a lil hard to tell. Check out Ingrams entire arm closely when he's shooting. Compare that to his early rookie year. Nothing dramatic, probably 5-7 lbs. His fore arms look a smitch bigger. I'm sure the rest marginally is spread throughout.

You can't tell s*** from pics like that, come on now guys. We all want for him to get bigger and stronger but there's NO WAY IN HELL, you can see a progress from his 12 inch arms to the 12.125 he has now :giggle:

Oh yeah, he's getting buff. He can't quite hide inside other player's shadows like he could last season.

Yeah it enough to be obvious. Probably 5-7 lbs spread out which is still very hard to tell. Take a page out of the Durant book Ingram, don't worry about taking HGH and bull dozing your way to greatness. First you got to,play in the sorry East though. Oh well.

..... because it's clear he can't find greatness in the West?

    :Crazyartest:

The only thing in the world I worry about with the kid with regard to his future are his thin, rather than robust like Zu to the extreme, leg bones and joints getting hurt from freak plays. Landing wrong like Livingston, not that it can't happen to Zu, or having someone roll into planted leg and / or joint for bone breakage or blown joints like Bynum.

Although his legs do not look as thin proportionately as his arms to. Looks like good calves and upper legs. Solid.

Why are you always jumping to assumptions when I post something lol. No silly,I meant don't worry about getting jacked as soon as possible cause if anything that's where problems seem to start and doesn't need to take the LeBron route of being a football player on the court.

We gotta monitor him accordingly, cause if he takes matters into his own hands he will over train cause that's the nature of these guys. Simmons is a good example of that last year.

How am I jumping to an assumption here per what you wrote below? It seemed an odd thing to say.

"Take a page out of the Durant book Ingram, don't worry about taking HGH and bull dozing your way to greatness. First you got to,play in the sorry East though. Oh well."

Yeah I was joking around and taking a jab at LeBron that even if he did take HGH and workout like a mother trucker..He'd still need to be in the sorry East but it all doesn't matter cause he's not.

I just remember you've questioned some posts where I was either joking, being sarcastic or coming up with a trade scenario and seemed you didn't thoroughly understand where I was coming from but made a pre assumption and questioned me on it.

I don't know expect you to get a sense of my personality.. perhaps take in mind that I am a very joking and sarcastic person, just like to keep the mood light.

Good. Typically a smart a** here too.

    :Beertoast2:

I think I was getting frustrated earlier with your and KRL's seemingly tireless attempts to trade off all of our painfully acquired, well done, talented draft picks for other teams players before we get a chance to see what they've really got now that there's a new sheriff in town. All good at the trading deadline by then. Painful for me prior. Unless a Clarkson or Black. Already have some fan attachments to these kids with the most talent at their young ages.

Meant I don't expect you to know my personality, especially through the internet lol. I feel you, I'm sure you might remember I was doing it last year too around November/December lol. I love a lot of these kids, but I'm still trying to explore setting up the foundation for George but that probably has to wait till the deadline where hopefully our players values are higher if we're exploring a trade for an all star not named George. Anyhoot, all good in the hood lol.

Yeah I know. Was calling myself a smart a** not you .... but in a hopefully fun way. Shouldn't have written "too". All good. Now KRL with his Russell hate .... LOL .... don't know what to do. Already got demerits today for what I thought was in no harm no foul territory.

Doesn't Russell feel hot working out in those sweatpants? I live in SoCal too, and I can't wear joggers in this current weather. All sweaty and sticky.

Oh I know you were joking about yourself but was explaining further that I wouldn't expect you to know I eff around from earlier in the year/late last year cause I've been keeping up but not super thoroughly .

That's why I love being able to come here and catch up 0-100. Anyways, we both got a lil fire to ourselves and that's good ;) we don't need a bunch of Dwights and people of this day and age being so soft lol.

Lol, he's living that A/C and free apparel life! Warm up and toss like nothing. I'd be like Russell you better go fold that ish so you can wear it tomorrow lol. You barely even broke a sweat in them ishs.
