We can waive and stretch mozgov, and Brook becomes a free agent when George is a free agent

I wonder how much we're paying Kimmel for his recruiting.

You see how fast he said, "no I love Chicago"?

Now go watch what Paul George sounded like. :D

Interesting. Is that part of what is making JC available?

Waiters is definitely a better 3 ball shooter than JC. But he's definitely getting $15mm+ per

I'm all for it if Deng is going with JC in a salary dump

Or we are going back to the good old days of using the Lakers to bump up your offers

If we package Clarkson and Deng for something less than 5 mill in return and we sign waiters for 15 mill... We'd be saving almost 10 million.

So Lopez, Trevor Booker, and Justin Hamilton's salaries equal close to the same of MozDengs combined.

If we threw in Clarkson,#28 ,future 2nd and Nance... Does that get it done? I don't think that's far off.

    Lin
    Clark
    RHJ
    Deng/Nance
    Moz

See if you wanna come up with something.

I'm not really interested in Waiters. He's not a good fit for what we're doing and he's always struck me as a bit of a dingus. I'd rather not have my money tied up in Dion Waiters.

Is he in any way an upgrade over JC? If so on D, not at all sure on O.

REALLY worried about waiters being a contract year situation. he was in much better shape in miami than he ever has been (i've always thought he was a bit fat for a guard, even at his draft time).

i'd keep clarkson at what's likely a lower salary. i'm not moving clarkson unless i get to dump deng or moz (preferably deng) or i'm getting a difference maker back. no sense in moving a guy who is young and properly paid for his production.

If CP3 goes to San Antonio, how is Griffin staying with the Clippers? I say do that trade and sign Griff from the future. Yes. Hi.

    Some Forward FAs...

    Group One
    Paul Millsap +13
    Serge Ibaka +9
    *Otto Porter Jr. +8
    David West +8
    Amir Johnson +7
--Interesting stuff. Porter is max; Millsap has a good chance, too. These are all good player, but is anyone going to max any of the other three?

    Group Two
    James Johnson +4
    Michael Beasley +3
    Taj Gibson +3
    Nene Hilario +3
    Tiago Splitter +2
--Some aging but quality guys in Nene and Splitter. Gibson, Beasley, and Johnson are going to make loot.

    Group Three
    Zach Randolph +1
    Nick Collison +1
    Ersan Ilyasova -1
    Matt Barnes -1
    Thabo -2
    PJ Tucker -2
    Tyreke Evans -3
--These are some quality adds, all with potential to start. Barnes is the only one I'd steer clear of for sure, given his age.

    Group Four
    Thomas Robinson -6
    *Bojan Bogdanovic -6
    Metta -9
    Donatas Motiejunas -9
    Omri Casspi -9
*Shabazz Muhammad -9 (worst defender at his position)
--I pity anyone paying Bogdanovic big money. He's one of the worst defenders in the league, but Muhammad is probably worse. T-Rob looked decent this year.

    Group Five
    Jeff Green -12
    *Damjan Rudez -17
    --Avoid.

    * = RFA
