    Hahaha could not agree more! EVeRy year before the season there is so much talk about the great chemistry, everyone wanting to win and working hard. How about actually focusing on the work and shutting the H up? Our expectations have been mostly reasonable (i think) over the last 3 years, and they have the reached them.

    ... but tomorrow i will be giggly about a favorable (no...) pic of Russell talking to Magic on the sideline...

    I AM optimistic! Just WIN!

    One look at these two pics will tell you every thing you need to know about the difference of positivism between the old and new FOs. Magic is fun to be around and work with and I don't mean in a "Dwight Howard" goofy way. He is no nonsense as evidenced by how fast he cleaned house here and continues to as he and Rob reform. You'd be hard-pressed to find pics of Mitch talking with Luke at practices let alone smiling. Each exec's demeanor in the pics influences Luke's differently and Luke's demeanor in turn influences his players. Luke's a positive guy but I can't say his bosses were. Chemistry starts at the top. Some passion was needed around here, it was a funeral parlor before and we weren't attracting anything but flies, Mozgovs and Dengs.

    Some of this is true, but there were pictures of Luke and Mitch laughing and Luke even was adamant when Mitch was let go that week during the trade deadline that he will miss him and really enjoyed the relationship. It's definitely overall a lot more relaxed with a joyous, work hard atmosphere, but it wasn't absolutely no fun with Mitch at the helm either.

    Mitch killed himself with Mosgov at 12:01am. That was one of the worst free agent pick ups in league history. And then for kicks, he signs Luol Feces and practically ended any chance of a resurrection.

    Oh you may find a pic of Mitch and Luke smiling at a pressor but what I said was Mitch laughing at practice with Luke. Pics or it didn't happen.

    I'd also point out that Luke likes and misses everyone. Mitch isn't a bad guy but he is the opposite of a ball of fun.

    Guys. Smiling and talking doesn't mean schlong. Come on. This is the NBA. Chemistry don't mean anything either. Shaq and Kobe wanted each other to die horrible deaths. They wiped the floor of everyone. Even Cleveland last year, they wanted the coach, Kevin Love, to be put into the deep part of the ocean.

    Chemistry is extremely overrated in the NBA. Talent and execution of that talent is all that matters. Lakers have talent and have talent coming in 3 weeks, now they need to execute.
