Started watching this and 24 Legacy. Was a huge fan of both shows. So far Prison Break is matching up to its older seasons. 24, not so much. It's not bad but without Jack Bauer, it's like watching a team without its main star. I don't think it lasts beyond this season unless they figure out a way to bring Keifer back. Prison Break though has my attention for now.

Yea, I gave 24 about 4 episodes..then had enough and deleted it. Prison Break I enjoy..always have. Picked right up how they left off, so didn't miss a beat.

Just finished re-watching The Wire season 2. It wasn't nearly as bad as its reputation/my memory of it IMO.

There were still some great scenes and stories in there.

My least favorite season, although the "serial killer" in the last season was annoying. The season with the kids (4???) was my favorite.

I'm a couple episodes behind. I like the show and enjoy it, but only because the fight work is TOP NOTCH. The set design is also great. The story is about as bare bones as it gets. Not sure why we can't have both. The drama isn't that compelling to be honest. I do enjoy the show though. I just think it's almost a waste that the level of fight choreography and world design they do in that show doesn't have a more interesting story.

well said. i too wish there was more to the story. the fighting almost makes up for it, and i look at it almost as a kill bill crossed with mad max type show.

If you want a thought provoking horror film that will leave you thinking at the end, I highly recommend - The Wailing

It is available on Netflix right now and has been for several months. It's not a terrible scary movie but its a very well made movie created to make the viewer think about good and evil.

Used the three day weekend to start my yearly rewatch of Spartacus, made it 3 and a half seasons in I think. Still one of my favorite shows.

12 Monkeys season 3. They released the entire season over one weekend rather than spread it out over a few months, but I've been spreading it out because I waited over a year for season 3 and I'm not watching it all at once ha ha. This is one of my favorite shows of all time, it does time travel right IMO, and Emily Hampshire as Jennifer Goines is one of my favorite tv characters ever.

Oh and American Gods. It's weird as hell and I love it. Git Gone was my favorite episode so far, big fan of Emily Browning.

About to start American Gods (anything else good to watch at the moment?). I also blaze thru Miami Vice. Grow up watching this show, still love it, always will. Makes me feel old though...
