    I think that if we'd shed Lou earlier in the season, invested in the young guys with more PT, we'd be playing even better than we are now.

    Here's some optimism:
    Since the ASB: 5-16 (on pace for just 20 wins over the course of the season)
    Since March 9th: 5-11 (on pace for 37 wins over the course of the season)
    Since March 24th: 4-4 (on pace for 41 wins over the course of the season)

    That's...not awful. Right?

    As this continues, Russell can also read the help defense from Cauley-Stein and kick it out to Nance Jr. for the three. Randle can feel the packed paint and kick out to Ingram also for the three in the corner.

    The ball movement has been lightyears better the last 4 games compared to the 70 games before that.

    when was lou traded again? close to ASB, right? gotta believe that the weakening of schedule and the oddity of late season nba probably swallows the late trend. also, wouldn't 5-11(5/16) project to 25 wins?

    oh wait...optimism...(i actually just quizzically scrunched up my face)...ingram, that's the ticket. he looks quick and aggressive on both ends. there.
