    Denver - Selling. They are said to be shopping some players, including Chandler/Mudiay
    Portland - Buying. They've been linked to Okafor and they spent way more than the Lakers did in free agency and have even less reason/more pressure to not suck this season.
    Lakers - I can't see them buying but I can also see them not selling either. I wouldn't say totally disinterested but I can see legitimate inactivity.

    From what I've read aside from the teams above.

    Buyers: Boston. Cleveland. Washington. Toronto. New Orleans. Miami.
    Sellers: Philly. Orlando. Phoenix. Brooklyn. New York.

    A lot of teams are smack dab in the middle.

    He also talks about how the Wizards are buyers, Cavs are buyers, C Bags and Raptors are buyers, Indiana, New Orleans, and Oklahoma City are all potential buyers.

    The Suns are looking to move all their "assets" besides probably Booker for a star.

    I also read an article that said Detroit is quietly shopping both Reggie Jackson and Andre Drummond. They're getting frustrated with both of those two.

    From what the article said, Drummond has both plateaued and stopped following directions (won't switch high on pick and rolls). Reggie Jackson has been a liability since returning from injury both offensively and defensively.

    Drummond would be an interesting target in trades this summer.

    I'm optimistic that the Lakers will try and make a move. I'm incredibly doubtful any of the "young talent" will go but the writing is on the wall for Lou and perhaps Young and I've been constantly in favor of that.
