    Thats absolutely true.

If real is disgusted, you know everybody else is infuriated.

This, a thousand times this. You can say whatever you want about Fisher, but he maximized his ability, he worked his a** off to be what he was, and he was a winner and from what I can tell, proud to be a Laker. I'm done with this experiment, they can shop nearly everyone we have to try and get an all-star, get us back in the playoffs. I can settle for being a "good" team if not great, but I can't take this bottom of the league crap.

I've been watching the Lakers since '93, we missed the playoffs one time in the next 20 years, and now we're gonna miss it 4 times in a row, this is not what this franchise is. Hell, I'm not even super opposed to Cousins anymore, at least that'd be a start as he is actually very good. I've also reached Kobe anger levels, do something and do it now. This team is not improving, and now our young players appear to be regressing or quitting on the team, trade some of them before they lose ALL their value.

I'm also tired of Luke saying "We're super excited, we'll get there, we just don't know when"...

Not sure if serious but thats not good enough. You have to commit to a roadmap and produce results, like in any normal company. This loose experiment is destined to fail.

At least he is also questioning their competitiveness and knows they didn't care.

This group of young guys is dangerously confirming game after game they'll end up being the Orlando Magic of the West ....

We won't do s*** but I really believe it's time to trade a couple of youngins ( JC and Julis by instance)

or the young guys don't have the will and abilities to "take over" ... Let's be honest here taking the reigns from Lou is quite different than taking it from Kobe .

How many times did the young guys have a dominant stretch this season without Lou on the floor ? Not much , maybe once every 7-8 games and I'm probably generous .

Sure Lou style isn't team oriented but he can score like few others can . I've seen no evidence he would be an addition by substraction

As for Nick , his style fits the team well , he doesn't take anything from the young players by scoring as a spot up guy .

Our young players just don't want it/have it ....yet or ever

I'm not even complaining here, it's more of an observation: we should be open to trading anyone on this team, except Zubac and possibly Ingram. The rest can go if the offer is right.

everyone can go. there's not superstar in the bunch, thus you'd trade the whole bunch for one.

i don't have a solution, though, as nobody's trading a real star for our guys.

no excuse for the way they "competed" last night, as a team, all the way down the roster. getting beat to every loose ball, not hustling back on defense and when they did get back, not properly matching up (one sequence for randle was particularly embarrassing, and zubac of all people had to berate him for his utter incompetence). that's all effort and focus.

as i implied i the ingram thread, i hate his shot mechanics right now. really slow and all sorts of wasted motion. that will be a long fix, but it could happen. he does lots of little things well. but he's not going to be a star, either.

Zubac and Ingram hardly define "untouchable". Its not like they transcend the sport. I see their value and I like their potential but we aren't in a position to take risks with maybes...we want wins...now.

I would gift-wrap Ingram and Zubac immidiately for a young veteran star. No brainer.

For the right offer, you can have anyone on this team. ANYONE.

I wonder if Luke has shown them he's really unhappy with them and taken away their music at practice?
