Being a bad shooter doesn't mean you're bad at offense. I think he's good for the team, and the on/off numbers bear that out. I wouldn't argue for even more minutes though, as I think he's getting exactly what he should be.

Missed FTs.... to begin the game last night I thought it might cost us down the stretch when we start 0-5

Let me also add Ingram's FT shooting

Still think Ingram should get the bench minutes even if we're going into "development/tank" mode. That "best lineup" talk got overhyped but his ability to keep the offense moving while Lou and Clarkson are in shoot-first mode is one of the reasons why we are in the fight for games. If he started I think it would introduce more problems to our bench rotation

Ahh the joys of being a Laker fan this year, experiencing the highs of an inspirational win only to crash back to earth with a deflating loss.

Seems like majority of the time when we go up by 10, we will somehow lose by 10.

Potential wins by the wayside due this team's inability to hold leads and establish consistency... Absence of a killer instinct.

Apparently Luke was fine with Even Turner scoring on Lou Williams for 10 straight points and thereafter...

This is the kind of move I mentioned in my post critical of Luke. Offense over defense.

Did not understand what that was all about... Portland also got Ingram a couple of times in the low block until him teammates started sliding over to help.

And, Russell was having his way with Lillard in the post on 2 straight possessions down the stretch, then we went away with it.

I'm not sure if Luke is trying some Jedi mind-tricks with these guys, to force them to learn to recognize these type of advantages/mismatches, and make the adjustments without having to say a word...hasn't worked yet.

I'm just frustrated with us losing games we lead in the 4th.

frustrate you the most.... Ingram really?

he's a rookie who is figuring out his own game as well as adjusting to NBA speed and lifestyle. Most frustrating I can see Russell certainly being that person and Randle at times, but Ingram is just a baby still.

He does frustrate me. I'm trying to be patient, but I'm note good at it. I love his defense. But his shooting (misses) and not taking shots in the flow of the offense infuriate me. I mean, we drafted him as a shooter and he's in the top 5 for the worst in the league.

there's lots to like with ingram, but even the hardiest fan has to admit he's disappointed on offense, even with fairly low expectations.

i actually think russell catches too much crap given his actual production and contribution to winning basketball.
