Thank goodness Thibs hasn't demanded Deng yet. We'd be REALLY short handed. :p

We don't need any more injuries. Hopefully he is fine.

Tonight's game was much grit..much wow.

I bet Byron is blaming the players and thinking if they would have played with this type of grit, his genius schemes would have worked to perfection.

left 13 pts on the free throw line and had a season high 24 turnovers, but we still found a way to win this game without 2 of our best scorers.

Proud of this team for the perseverance and will to win no matter how ugly.

Did I mentioned the Bulls are one of the best rebounding teams in the league.

Offensive Rebounds: LAL 18 Bulls 14
Total Rebounds: LAL 60 Bulls 46

    Impressive

Not the cleanest of wins but we played hard and found a way to win it. Very unlike of young teams in that regard.
We won by shooting only 8 threes, 20+ turnovers and a bunch of missed FTs. But we out rebounded them and our bench blew theirs out of the water.

...John Black stated that last season we did not win our 10th game until Groundhog Day 2/2/16. We's two months ahead of schedule, peoples.

We'd probably be something like 12-8 if we didnt get hit by injuries. Incredibly promising young core and coach.

What was Boron's reply early in the season when asked something about if he thought Mitch and Jim were making smart moves this year? Something like, Well .... if they had really been smart they would have kept me as coach. [IMG]

This team has serious fight. They scrapped their way back into this one despite a million plus turnovers. Gutsy. I dig it.

I think that is their very obvious goal is to make the playoffs. And they look like they are buying in completely and have been since day one. No idea if they can do it, but more power to them, and if this early season is any indication they definitely have a shot. I honestly can't believe I'm saying that, but it's true. I would be happy to win 30 - a HUGE improvement from last year. But they seem to sense that they can do a lot more. Fun ride!!

The more wins like this we pick up the more I'm starting to believe. I wont say playoffs yet, but I think we will be in the mix. We've racked up solid wins over good teams. When we get healthy and really gel together we're gonna be a team people do not want to play.

I'm watching Memphis very closely with Conley out for a while as I see them falling out of the playoff race till or if COnley even comes back. They have a relatively tough schedule coming up and that game Saturday when we play them will be big for us.

As of now, we are at the periphery. To think, at the beginning of the season, most sports networks had us at the bottom of the West and one of the three worst teams in The League. Well, my, my, my... :)
