2 horrible deals don't make 1 good deal. Sort of like 2 wrong don't make a right. In this case it's like 30 horrible deals don't make 1 a good one. Mozgov is lumped right in with every other bad deal, only difference is he is being used as the poster child of bad deals right now. I don't care about being mocked, but we are absolutely being mocked right now. FOOTBALL analysts on ESPN are laughing at the Mozgov deal.

ESPN analysts also wanted us to trade D'Angelo. Do we give two flying ducks?

    NO.

I'm trying to make sense of this still, sirron, and I'm starting to wonder if you're right about quotas. Nothing else adds up.

Says the guy who said we paid top dollar for Mozgov LOL. Yeah top dollar when it's basically ten million less than what most max contracts are gonna be. I don't see what's so complex. Dude wasn't healthy last season. Period. Now he will be. There were no other options and we needed a center.

What's your problem man? You act like anyone else was any different. Everyone was upset at least I admitted that. Then we found out more like the team option and saw some of the other deals and it's not that bad.

Just rewatched a video on ESPN of best available 3 and D types

    Jared Dudley
Marvin Williams - hearing rumblings of re-signing with Cha
Chandler Parsons - signed with Memphis
    Courtney Lee

Any thoughts on the last two available?

NOBODY else in the NBA was going to give Mozgov more than what we paid. It's likely we could have gotten him for a little less. That means we paid top dollar for HIM, for his personal market value. That's not hyperbole, that's an educated guess/opinion.

Kobe averaged 17.6 this past season. At the rate this money is flying out the window, he'd get at least 22-25 million a year. :Kobe Snickering:

@Weezy how can it be overpriced though? You're seeing it yourself: the market is setting the prices. Mozgov at what is essentially 11 million is fine. I really don't agree with that critique of the move. The price is really not the problem with Mozgov.
