Yeah a while back. Here's the link again: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/version-iv--the-vertical-s-2016-nba-mock-draft-160519135.html
If Philly trading for #3 is legit, that has to mean that Boston is assuming we're picking Ingram right? No way they make that trade if Ingram somehow fell into their lap at #3.
Isn't that the ideal situation though? Boston gets Nerlens Noel while Philly drafts Ingram. I would pay money to point and laugh Simpsons style at Bill Simmons if that went down. His reaction would be priceless.
Thanks. Think how fortunate we are and how far we have come through the dreaded T years from pining for Dante Exum and Andrew Wiggins to actually drafting successively Julius Randle, Jordan Clarkson, D'Angelo Russell, Larry Nance Jr. and now Brandon Ingram. I mean how perfect and better a scenario is that under the circumstances with the positions we held in the draft these last 3 years?
Given their history? Yes. And it becomes far more fair that way. If they're not enamored with Dunn, Bender, Murray, why not see how Noel does and not take on someone with a big cap number (Love, etc)?
If they made the trade today then yes its safe to assume that....i dont think phi/bos trades happens till draft day and bos will likely try to exhaust all opt to get a star 1st before settling for ok4
I seen something from GT that made me thing; Ingram is the only prospect the Lakers went to dinner with this year. Thought that was interesting.
They were just trying to bulk him up. Reports are that both dinners were at Fogo de Chao and they wouldn't let him flip the meat card to red.
